First time visiting this location and the food was good and employees were very nice but a woman decided to change her toddlers diaper ON A DINING ROOM TABLE, while me and my sister were winding down our dinner and other customers were in the restaurant. She didn’t even look to see if there were bathrooms (there are). I feel like the people behind the counter didn’t see it happening, only because I hate to think they would ignore something so UNSANITARY. But that’s why there should always be someone tending to the dining room floor, because that woman definitely should’ve been checked. As a patron I didn’t feel comfortable doing so because anyone that entitled is liable to make a scene, especially if they can flip it into you “victimizing” their child (even though it’s them, the parents being disgusting). I tried to leave and call the restaurant to inform them to at least do a thorough clean of the table and general area but the automatic voiceover wouldn’t accept anything I said to push me to customer service or leave a message. Another issue is Chipotle’s automatic voice and online customer service systems. They never work correctly for me and it’s impossible to get things corrected through them. If they would’ve just let me call, I wouldn’t have to leave a comment on a public forum about DIRTY DIAPERS BEING CHANGED WHERE PEOPLE SIT DOWN TO EAT.

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, entered the restaurant at 2:41pm, departed at 3:31pm… No sense of urgency from the staff, a huge gaggle and cluster.

Walked in today to get a bowl when I get to the front of the line they say they ran out of rice yes RICE! And also cheese and also chicken smh the customer service is ridiculous…people was literally getting bean bowls lol 😂 I will never return

No guacamole 🥑 lettuce or queso 🧀. Only one star off because the crew there was so nice.

I wish I could give this a no star. I am absolutely blown away with how chipotle preps there food. Our lettuce was old, rotten and dirty. Normally, seeing a piece or 2 of these wouldn't bother me but I STARTED OFF PICKING THEM OFF, but realized it was literally all of it and felt disgusted. I lost my appetite, image how they handle the lettuce, image what other violations they have. I would never come here again, and this was the 3/26 AM shift. Yeah its a no from me, just go somewhere else because god knows what you would get if you ate here

This is the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The food is nasty and smells strange. Never again...absolutely disgusting! I actually want my $8.91 back 🙄

The employees simply lacked any sense of urgency. I wrote this review while standing in a not too long line, but the employees moved so slow made it seem like I was in line forever. I’m not too sure if there was a new employee training on the line but it seemed like the more experienced workers were working To Go which I don’t believe is smart decision based on how long the line got behind me. At this point the line was to the back exit door. This is my neighborhood chipotle and I was very disappointed in the experience. Hopefully the food makes up for the 40 minute wait in line.

Ordered a burrito bowl and a large chips and queso. What I received was the burrito bowl and the cup of queso with a note saying "no chips". What the heck am I going to do with a large bowl of queso? I paid 7 bucks for an item i did not receive amd they did not answer their phone when i tried to contact them

I ordered a beef quesidilla and I must say this is not their area. They need to stick with their bowls and burritos. See photos for what it is supposed to look like and what I actually received. Oh yeah, the sour cream was from my fridge...smh
