They are good at their job. I did not like the answers I got but that is because cellphone companies are terrible. The staff is wonderful and I will buy all of them lunch

Went into store for an upgrade of two phones. We were the only two customers in the store. Was approached by one representative and she point to another representative. I told her that we are looking for phone upgrades. She asked what I was looking for and I told her pretty much like the phone we have. She pointed to the phones and continued looking at her tablet. We walked over to the phones and there were no explanation on what feature they have. Not once did either of the employees offer any assistance. They both walked in the back. At that point, we walked out.

If you arrive when not busy the staff is always very nice and helpful. I’m 75 and not well versed with the age of modern phones and electronics. The staff at this location have gone out of their way to educate me!! It’s all so confusing but simple once I’m guided how to use the equipment I’ve purchased. I get it now!

I’ve been with Verizon since day one. Customer care, getting a human on the phone, misinformation, time wasting awaiting an answer, promo for free phone there one minute and not the next, being told one thing about getting free phone promo which I had read the exact same thing along with her but when I went to order online, it wanted me to actually pay the cash each month for 36 months…….it was always promoted as bill CREDITS….. I’m done!

I came here to get an upgrade for my sons phone because he graduated and after awhile decided to just leave and go to another store. Not sure why everyone was moving like a sloth. It was 3 people in the store besides the workers. Put my name on the list and in the text message it said that there was one person ahead of me ( not understanding how when no one else was there ).

Came to this store hoping to upgrade my cellphone, when I walked in the first lady didn't even greet me, I asked her that I wanted to upgrade my phone and wanted to see the options, she told me the phones are over there, without even offer to help. The phones are locked and I went to asked her if I could see them, she said to go to best buy for that. So I asked another person to helped me, he called Beth, I asked her to help me with the choices and she said the only difference is the pen, I said I want to compare the cameras, she left there and went to talk to another employee, never came back. I walked out and told them thank you for your help, she said aha . I've been a V customer for over 20 years and one of the reasons I have stayed with V is the customer service which has been going from great-good-bad-worse

The lady in the store who helped me had really good knowledge, after I had two hours over the phone with Verizon customer service didn't get the solution, this lady fixed my phone problem in just a minute. Appreciated.

I had a bad experience when I decided to upgrade the phone for me and my son. We went to the Verizon Store, we did not wait long because they’re were no customers but a lady asked two guys to help us and when we went to them they ignored us until I asked if one of them was going to help us, at that point they just grind at us and one guy pointed to the other (we were never greeted or ask how they could help) I had to ask that I wanted to upgrade our phones, after he said we could I expected to go through the upgrade and get the phone there but he said we had to do everything online and not at the store (I did not want to make a big deal but it seemed like they didn't want to bother to walk us through) So we left and I did the upgrade at home and there was on option to pick up at store which was usually available in 2 hrs. We did not get a confirmation to pick up the phones after a few hours so I called customer care and they said we would just have to be patient and it would probably be ready tomorrow morning, the next morning still no confirmation so I called customer care again and told them if we could call the store directly, they said there was no way to contact the store directly all calls come to customer care but I would have to wait because there are delays sometimes. I decided to go to the store and ask, so when I got there I told them that I had not received a confirmation but I wanted to check, they replied “well if you have not received a confirmation then its not ready” but the lady did check on it and in a few minutes came out with our phones, I also saw a few other employees not busy so I would think someone was available to fill customer order like ours. Overall the customer service did not meet my expectation (especially since I have been with Verizon over 10 years) and it is a shame that Verizon is not making the customer experience easier for us. If I knew this was going to be my experience I would have just switched companies to find a provider that actually cares about the customer experience.

this place deserves ZERO stars. the staff is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and talks down to clients. the manager, especially, and the employees are so dismissive. i waited here for four hours and simply wanted a new phone as it was included in my warranty and they made the process as difficult as possible. i will never come back here and would rather drive hours (even with these gas prices) to go to a different and more helpful store.

The comments are all true, the staff is rude and totally clueless. They actually told me I’d be better off going to a third party retailer so that’s exactly what I did. Changing to AT&T after this contact ends.
