Best telephone company in Culver City, California (CA) 2024

Came to this store hoping to upgrade my cellphone, when I walked in the first lady didn't even greet me, I asked her that I wanted to upgrade my phone and wanted to see the options, she told me the phones are over there, without even offer to help. The phones are locked and I went to asked her if I could see them, she said to go to best buy for that. So I asked another person to helped me, he called Beth, I asked her to help me with the choices and she said the only difference is the pen, I said I want to compare the cameras, she left there and went to talk to another employee, never came back. I walked out and told them thank you for your help, she said aha . I've been a V customer for over 20 years and one of the reasons I have stayed with V is the customer service which has been going from great-good-bad-worse ~Patty
