Horrible customer service and they won’t call your insurance if they don’t think your Insurnace will cover it and they don’t have coupons. They also can’t tell you what you spent from anytime you’ve been there so keep your receipts of all transactions or just go to CVS or Walgreens just stay away from this expensive and very rude pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacy clerk is rude and unfriendly. She acts like she hates her job. She has no customer service skills to speak of. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful though. I will try to avoid this place and go elsewhere.

The customer service is basically non-existent. The doctor will call in a prescription and then the pharmacy technician will tell you that they have no record of your prescription. In addition, one of the techs at the Jefferson store in Culver City is extremely unfriendly. She "greets" you with a scowl. She never tells you hello, goodbye, or drop dead. She never thanks you for patronizing the store. This is a good store to avoid.

Something happened (no, not the pandemic). This place was pretty darned efficient about 3 months ago. Now all of the sudden it’s dropped to 3rd world level service. Long lines. Long waits to have things filled. Out of stock. Definitely a staffing issue. The grocery stores are the only ones making any money during the pandemic and yet for some reason Ralph’s doesn’t see the need to reinvest in their stores and ADD pharmacists to deal with the fact that they are now vaccinating, for which the government is paying them handsomely. C’mon Ralph’s. Get it together.

Don’t go there! They will let you wait forever. The pharmacist( Sara) wasted my time and she was just chatting with other staff member. Save your time and go somewhere else for the the Covid-19 vaccine.

I've been to this pharmacy twice and they've wasted my time both times. Just say it's going to be an hour and I will come back another time. The first time they quoted a 20 minute wait and were too inept to figure out how to fill my newborn's prescription and the second time they incorrectly quoted me 15 minutes but didn't notice they would have to call the doctor because something was missing on the prescription apparently. Come back the next day, trust me. The first time they do this to you, you rationalize the situation and figure it happens occasionally. The second time you're mad at yourself for dumbly waiting and are afraid you may cause a scene in public because they insincerely say sorry with excuses. Excuses aren't an apology and it doesn't make up for the time lost in a town with terrible traffic.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. The guy that works there is extremely nice and really seems to care about you are a person and client. The other two female employees are absolutely terrible. Non-existent customer service. Don't speak to you. Barely acknowledge you're there. They need to NOT be customer facing. If I could go to a different pharmacy I totally would.

I buy most of my food from Ralphs, and I have to say that products are good most of the time. They always keep it clean and always trying to improve their customer service.

I've been to several Ralphs and think this is actually a pretty good one. The Pharmacy is great and the staff overall seems nice.
