my friend was treated horribly there, the staff are rude and unhelpful. the fat phobia is disgusting in this store, along with barely having bigger sizes the workers are extremely rude to plus size customers

Music is way too loud, can hardly communicate with cashier. Cashier was new to returns and unsure of how to do them (but very kind). I very patiently waited through the learning process however a manager started to help them and then instead of finishing helping us he went and checked out someone else after I'd been there waiting so I had to wait even longer which was ridiculous.

The employees were very rude, constantly following customers around. I assume this was for loss prevention purposes as I work in retail myself as a store manager, but were not good at being discrete and did not seem to care about their customers at all. While my boyfriend and I, who is also a store manager, were attempting to look around we were followed extremely close where anything I looked at or touched the same employee was basically up against me asking what they could get for me. I had no time to actually think about if I wanted the product or what I could wear it with because of the employee following and taking over. The employee was so close that they nearly hit me in the face reaching in front of me to grab the jeans I was trying to decide if I even liked. We then walked away from the jeans and went over the the Aerie side, found some stuff to buy over there where they left us alone finally, but were very obviously standing nearby communicating our every move through the headsets. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any store. If I could leave zero stars on this store, I would.

Grandson enjoyed picking out birthday gifts. Always love the quality and style of American Eagle clothes. Disappointed that our store at Pittsburgh Mills Mall closed though😟Had to travel to far for casual shopping.

No help employees were there but walked right by you. Like you didn't exist. This Is the Christmas season right .. ?? St least they were t on there phones like other stores. Ross Park Mall a third of the stores closed early. Kpnwonder malls are closing. I like shopping you see 100 more things and ideas than on the bbn internet. Your missing the boat whoever's is running your company needs to retire or resign

I love this store but one of salespeople was so aggressively helpful that it made me feel crowded and rushed. I legit felt like I had to HURRY UP AND BUY lol

Came to the store with my daughter today looking for 00 short jeans. I was asked what we were looking for by an associate. So I said size 0 jeans, just so he could point out the jeans and we could decide what she wanted. NOPE! He picked out a pair of jeans and handed them to her. She gave me the normal teenage look of “I hate these”. So I said we are actually looking for a specific pair of size 00 short jeans. I was then very rudely told by the sales associate, upon looking at my daughter, “we have nothing here to fit her”. Well it just so happens she owns AE jeans in 00 short and the fit her just fine. I told him this and he said again in a very rude tone “those don’t exist” as he tried to hand her another pair of jeans that she obviously didn’t want. I think my daughter was fully capable of knowing which jeans to choose and knew if they would fit her or not. Rudest sales associate I have ever dealt with. Glad we are from out of town and won’t be returning to this store.

Our experience was great. All the workers here were kind and sweet. The first one we met (who also checked us out) was energetic, upbeat, and friendly. The nicest workers I've seen in any store. It's the workers who gave it 4 stars and the deals that sealed the 5.

Amazing service by all the employees. Clean and advanced fitting rooms where you can check the prices as you try on. The male cashier was extremely friendly along with the staff who helped me pick out the perfect pair of jeans and honoured the price when I found them in clearance. Cant wait to return!
