Great place to order on line. The post office missed placed my order and Steel City was right on top of it. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. Five stars + + +. I will definitely buy from Steel City again.

The staff is always so friendly when I stop here! They have incredibly unique shirts every visit. We had a problem with a clearance item not ringing up correctly and the staff helped us swiftly-definitely a must visit if you're in the city. They have something for everyone

Good quality clothes, I wish there was more selection. It’s an okay shop for souvenirs. Definitely good for new Pittsburgh residents and tourist. The employees were very nice and attentive, but not overbearing, loved the vibe of the store. The prices are a little steep but you get the quality you pay for.

Quality clothes, great prices, and unique designs! When I travel home to visit, I always have to stop in this shop. They incorporate the city's history, even the lesser known history in their designs. There is even an exclusive room if you shop there enough and it's completely worth it. I just signed up for the Tee Club and I haven't been this excited in a while! Also very fast shipping when I order online, even to Texas! I even got a hand written little holiday letter with one of my orders and it was specific to the city I live in now. Very memorable.

This was actually the Black Holiday Pop up shop. I didn't spend a lot of time there this weekend but it is going to be running the weekend of Dec 3,4,5 and Dec 10,11,12. I encourage you not to wait because the vendor you see that day my not be there the next So if you see it purchase it on the spot. I was able to get some great business cards but it always better to buy on the spot.

I have been buying shorts from Steel City for months now, but had the chance to visit the store downtown when I was in town a couple weeks ago. Not only are the shirts the absolute best material in the world and incredibly high quality, but the people working there are just as amazing. Support your local business (or buy online even if they aren't "local" for you).

Love this brand and all they do! Quality is incredible, worth the price. The sweatshirts are my favorite, so soft! I love visiting the store, although I always buy more than I intend. Customer service is above and beyond! Had an issue with a sweatshirt and was bummed, so reached out to Steel City. My email was answered immediately with a solution and problem was solved within days! They were quick and beyond pleasant. This is the best kind of local small business . Great people, GREAT product! I'll be a customer for life!
