14 Best womens clothing store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Perfume area is really nice. I ended up buying one and returning it with no problems. Simply stated that because of infusions, they altered the way things smell on me and it was a no go for me. Sometimes though I'd just like to browse... not be helped by someone spraying things. ~Casey

It had been some time since shopping at this store location. It remains to be an attractive and comfortable shopping experience with attentive sales staff. My disappointment on this trip was management's decision in not carrying Brahmin handbags and very limited selection on women's clothing. ~Barbara

The staff at this store was so unprofessional three of them stood in a huddle talking no one bothered to ask if we needed help at all. I waved one of down he just looked at me I had to yell can I please get some help over here finally one employee came over. I was buying five pairs of shoes and of course not one of my children sizes were available. Worst experience ever and I won’t ever shop there again. ~Phillip

I really don’t give bad reviews as much as possible but this one I will not let it pass coz she’s rude to my baby .I went to Francesca’s in Bethel park south hills with my 1 year old son . My son is getting fuzzy so I put on his favorite show on my phone and let him watch so I could shop too . This skinny asian lady is not very helpful and rude . When I was about to pay , she said your phone is making noise , I said because my baby is watching or else he will scream and cry in the store . This lady still said it’s still making noise when the music inside the store is louder than that . So I let it pass but on the cashier I bought 6 dresses, and I calculated how much it’s gonna be , and then the total is too much , so I said can you check coz it’s too much from my knowing how much is it. She still insisted it’s right . Ok I paid . And check the receipt. So we came back right away and she gets annoyed she hears my son again . I said look you double punch that’s why I keep saying it’s too much , I said you can check my stuff to count and she said i don’t need that. She even ssshhh my son coz my son is crying . Very inconsiderate to a customer who is a parent . I tried my best to calm my baby and she’s taking forever to do her job .If only I didn’t like the dress , I will just toss it since she was rude . She said sorry in the end but don’t feel the sincerity she’s only sorry coz she got caught red handed in mistake . Very poor customer service. If she’s still there I will not shop there again . ~Zarah
