Best gift shop in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I really don’t give bad reviews as much as possible but this one I will not let it pass coz she’s rude to my baby .I went to Francesca’s in Bethel park south hills with my 1 year old son . My son is getting fuzzy so I put on his favorite show on my phone and let him watch so I could shop too . This skinny asian lady is not very helpful and rude . When I was about to pay , she said your phone is making noise , I said because my baby is watching or else he will scream and cry in the store . This lady still said it’s still making noise when the music inside the store is louder than that . So I let it pass but on the cashier I bought 6 dresses, and I calculated how much it’s gonna be , and then the total is too much , so I said can you check coz it’s too much from my knowing how much is it. She still insisted it’s right . Ok I paid . And check the receipt. So we came back right away and she gets annoyed she hears my son again . I said look you double punch that’s why I keep saying it’s too much , I said you can check my stuff to count and she said i don’t need that. She even ssshhh my son coz my son is crying . Very inconsiderate to a customer who is a parent . I tried my best to calm my baby and she’s taking forever to do her job .If only I didn’t like the dress , I will just toss it since she was rude . She said sorry in the end but don’t feel the sincerity she’s only sorry coz she got caught red handed in mistake . Very poor customer service. If she’s still there I will not shop there again . ~Zarah

I’m now a big fan of Edible Arangements. I’ve only ordered locally in the past and I’ve been impressed. But today they blew my mind. I ordered online in another state. I got everything so mixed up. I ordered from the Lenexa KS location but called the Overland Park KS location to make corrections to the order. Long story short. Sam was great because she was going to deliver after the drive already left to do deliveries. Also Mindy was so gracious and diligent. She kept calling me to sort things out because her store had the original order. She wanted to making sure I received the order. If this of how all Edible Arrangements stores are they will be my go to for all my gift giving deliveries. Thanks again Sam and Mindy. It’s not every day people go above and beyond without an expectation of something in return. ~Stephenie

First let me say, I have been a customer for years. It is my go to gift for every occasion, even for family in NY. The last couple of times I was disappointed! When you're spending $100+ for a fruit gift, you want it to look and taste good. We had it come smelling like the person who put it together did it in a bar, It smelled so much like cigarette smoke. This last time it was 95 degrees outside and very humid. It was delivered without refrigeration and not in a thermal bag so the chocolate strawberries were melting on the rest of the fruit and no fruit was cold. I wouldn't have been so upset if it was in a thermal bag. When my daughter got the call that it was delivered she was down the road (5 mins away) and got right home. But she could've taken her time because the damage was already done. Too expensive for this kind of handling. What happened to the care and quality?? I gave 2 stars because the melons weren't mush this time. ~Mary
