Sonand daughter-in-law, bought me fruit for my birthday Driver called told her I was on other side of pgh , doctors office, would be over two hrs Not to leave it , but she left it on porch when I got home it was covered in ants and bugs. Even the balloon was wrong It's was my birthday got happy anniversary. Really made a call to store, never heard back from them. Wasn't all that happy birthday since it was ruined

Had problems ordering online , (over 30 minutes) corporate customer service was no help. I went directly to the store explained what was going on & The Pittsburgh Robinson location was absolutely AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING, NOT only did the staff resolve the ordering process but went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect.

I’m now a big fan of Edible Arangements. I’ve only ordered locally in the past and I’ve been impressed. But today they blew my mind. I ordered online in another state. I got everything so mixed up. I ordered from the Lenexa KS location but called the Overland Park KS location to make corrections to the order. Long story short. Sam was great because she was going to deliver after the drive already left to do deliveries. Also Mindy was so gracious and diligent. She kept calling me to sort things out because her store had the original order. She wanted to making sure I received the order. If this of how all Edible Arrangements stores are they will be my go to for all my gift giving deliveries. Thanks again Sam and Mindy. It’s not every day people go above and beyond without an expectation of something in return.

First time ordering from this establishment and will be the last. I ordered for a friend who lost her father. The arrangement was delivered at 9:30 at night on a Thursday!!!! This person has 2 small children also. When I called and spoke to the manager I didnt even get an apology. She just kept saying that if there are alot of orders, they keep delivering until they are all gone. Dumbest thing I've ever heard. I didn't care that the arrangement got there on that specific day. When I called at 2:30 it would have been nice to know there were alot of orders and there was a possibility it'd get delivered that late.

I placed a last-minute order in the morning, and they had it ready to go when I arrived--even a bit earlier than my pick-up time. The arrangement was beautiful and delicious!

Long time customer- disappointing experience @ Robinson & Mt Lebanon locations I've used edible arrangements for many years always ordering on line. I visited this store for the first time and was very disappointed. I made an order for a next day delivery. I was involved in a car crash and didn't think to check on delivery. Two days later I called to follow up as the recipient had never rec'd arrangement. The store rep apparently recorded 'St' instead of 'Ave'. I understand mistakes happen and they promised to correct. That day, after many call backs, it was discovered the order was never attempted or made. The Mt Lebanon store was suppose to delivery. They lied to me on numerous occasions and then I had to spend 1/2 hour cancelling and redoing the order. Linda, who owns both Robinson & Mt Lebanon stores never made any attempts to make it right. If I hadn't blown the surprise by asking the recipient had she rec'd the delivery, I would have cancelled it. I found their apology of lying and delivering the birthday arrangement 2 days late unacceptable. Not a happy customer with the two locations.

I ordered last minute the night before and did not expect my order to be delivered on time (on a weekend), but it was! I was very impressed and so were the recipients. They said the fruit and strawberries were amazing. They looked adorable and tasted great! I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will be using them again.

I placed an order from Store 1103 in Pittsburgh, PA for an arrangement to be sent to a co-worker (from our entire office) to congratulate him on getting engaged. The order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 7/07 and the store simply ignored the order, did not deliver and made no effort to reach me or notify me that they would not be delivering the order as promised. As I write this a day later, I still have not been able to reach anyone at the location and have not received any contact to notify me. The only reason I knew it was not delivered is because after I didn't hear anything from my co-worker acknowledging the gift, I tracked the order on the Edible Arrangements site and received a message indicating it was not delivered and to contact the store. Very unfortunate and super disappointing. Think twice before ordering from Edible Arrangements 1103 or any of the locations. This business is franchised and there are clearly no standards or expectations from Corporate to ensure any decent level of service.
