Purchase a car from vlad the owner of the shop and he promised me no issues. Well I can say that is not the case it has been problems after problems with no help. Aswell as tried to sell me rims and tires that did not fit the car as a package deal. I could keep going on Overall would not recommend and poor customer service!

Very organized and on-time with my appointment for an inspection and oil change. I also asked the mechanic to check my transmission fluid and he was very honest in saying that it simply needed to be topped up (not changed). He was also VERY HONEST in saying that my front rotors and pads were "barely passable." Many mechanics would simply fail my inspection on those grounds and then leave me paying another $500 for a brake job but they were honest and now I can do that work myself. The oil change was a little spendy ($79.99 for synthetic) but overall I definitely recommend Norton's. Service: Oil change

I was referred to Norton's by the mechanic who typically works on my car bc I needed engine work done. Art explained everything and gave me an honest (and reasonable) price before the repairs. No surprises! He did a thorough job and had me back on the road in the timeframe he initially gave. I'll definitely be back! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Electrical

Ok. Here's the thing. Both times I needed emergency auto repair, Nortons said "Bring it here." Gave me a ride to work (yes about1/2mile) both times got me back on the road fully fixed with an accurate estimate. I won't go anywhere else. Not should you.

Harry Norton is a great mechanic and very mindful of his clients needs and requests. I never feel like he is overcharging ( on the contrary probably less than he could ), and to top it off I feel welcome when I call him over the phone to ask him a question about my car! His advice is always good. Great guy and a clean shop!

Harry is great. I have brought my vehicles to Harry for over 10 years now. He started working on an older Saab I had and I now have two different Honda's he services. He is honest and I have never questioned his judgement.

Harry Norton is the best mechanic that we've ever worked with. Most of all, he is trustworthy and honest - he gives accurate diagnoses. He doesn't perform unnecessary work or try to 'upsell' me on more expensive parts. On top of that, he's friendly and personable. I highly recommend Norton's Auto.

I can't say enough great things about Harry, he is the best and most honest mechanic I've come across in Burlington. I own 2 approximately 10 year old Saabs and spent a fortune in past years on getting work done at Foreign Car repair and other local garages. Found Harry and he has been great. He has great judgment is mindful of the fact that we're driving older cars. At foreign car repair, I'd go in for an exhaust issue and they'd try to sell me on replacing all the brakes pads and rotors. Harry always gives me a list of what is wrong, and then talks me through what he thinks should be replaced and what can wait until the next visit. I always leave Norton's feeling impressed with the work and feeling like I got a good deal. Thanks Harry!
