Purchase a car from vlad the owner of the shop and he promised me no issues. Well I can say that is not the case it has been problems after problems with no help. Aswell as tried to sell me rims and tires that did not fit the car as a package deal. I could keep going on Overall would not recommend and poor customer service! ~William

We visit friends in the Burington area frequently, and have found ourselves in need of repairs while on the road. Three times now I have gone to Cheese Factory Automotive for both our VW GTI and Jeep Wrangler for minor repairs, but also for an untimely clutch replacement on the VW. I would absolutely recommend their work, even if you are just passing through they take care of you like you're a local. I go off road up that way a lot with the Jeep, and its great to know I have a mechanic I trust nearby if something unforseen happens. I would return to this store purely for the courtesy, enthusiasm and friendliness of the check out guy I dealt with. I'm sorry I did not get his name. He was cordial and funny and helpful and witty. I brought my dog here for the first time after my dog had (yet another) encounter with a skunk, and they did a fantastic job. He got sprayed late the night before, and I called the next morning. They were incredibly accommodating and did a beautiful job. From the other reviews here, it’s understandably a popular place.
