Don't bother to park. The female on duty was very professional, but the store has VERY limited stock.This isn't the first time, that I've shopped at this location. If items are not available then they should be removed from display. I will order directly from Apple and Samsung, today. Better yet, perhaps it's time to leave MetroPCS and get ripped off by Verizon. At least they are well stocked with merchandise, as advertised.

I broke my phone today and took it in to metro. Beautiful girl with a great smile by the name of iris was really kind, and also an amazing help she got me set up and ready to go in less than 10 minutes with a new phone and line. Thank you so much!

Don't go there if you're not Hispanic or male. Worse service ever in my ten years with metro. To get the new phone and pay my monthly fee tooks over an hours. The worker ( EMP ID: CHINTHI...) push me few times to call customers cervice, when it was her simple job, pushed me out of line few times talking to other customers who was behind me, was busy on the phone with her amigos while I was talking to customers service who tried to help her ( she didn't do even that). And simple not even tryid to help with anything. Bad mannered, not friendly, disrespectful.

I just bought my third phone from this store and have been happy every time. Josefina set up my new phone perfectly. She also was very knowledgeable and explained the special for existing customers which was very helpful. I have had Metro for several years and very happy with the service.
