Great furniture. Horrible staff working at the Beverly location. Two persons literally saw me walk in, looked me up and down, and looked away. I finally approached one of them and he begin immediately questioning if I knew I was at their Modern store; as if he was challenging my design knowledge. If I see something I like, I am purchasing online. I walked the entire store, both floors, and NO ONE offered to help me shop. I would never buy from this team. Horrible.

Due to the conflict with a personal interior designer, I couldn't even start interior design in a new house. Meanwhile, I called RH MORDEN LA, a furniture store I sincerely wanted, and Ms. Charmaine prepared a meeting with RH designer HAYLEY APPEL. She focused on my words more than anyone I've ever met and didn't put any pressure on me, who was worried because there weren't many buckets. She introduced the furniture I wanted through a meeting for three hours, and I paid for furniture for the master bedroom I could buy today. I wanted to introduce this meeting with her, who has such a humble and haunting ability to the world.

Beautiful store and furniture in the showroom. We furnished our living room, dining room and master bedroom with their products. Delivery time was quite delayed and the pieces were received were definitely not at the same level of quality as the showroom furniture. Colors have faded/ changed, finish on the wood is flaking and quickly deteriorating. Quite disappointing for us. I’ve since been told by those in the design trade that RH uses different and higher level manufacturers for their display pieces than for what they actually send to customers. Update: After many months of waiting, they finally sent a technician out to consider resolving our issues. While polite, he showed up with a small brush the size of what one might use to paint your nails, and offered to “touch up” the flaking and faded areas! Half of the dining table no longer even has paint on it! What a joke; the furniture has huge areas of bare wood where it has flaked and has now turned bright green! He left and the follow up from their corporate office was, they can’t do anything and this is standard wear and tear - so tough luck and thanks for the $12,000 you spent on our garbage furniture. I wish I could post photos here, you’d be shocked at how bad the furniture looks! We will NEVER buy anything at RH Modern again. In stark contract, the pieces we’ve bought at ROOM and BOARD are beautiful, well made and last more than just a couple of years.

Very disappointed with my 2 purchases w RH Modern on Beverly. Both very expensive couches. Couch 1 fell apart quite quickly. It sags. Feathers everywhere. Couch 2, even more expensive, is a total nightmare. I was sold on a fabric that was to be very durable and after day 1 of delivery, even water spills stain it forever. Impossible to clean. Not durable I say. 2 expensive couch disasters and all RH Modern does is roll their eyes. Their furniture is over priced. The furniture is not well made. The designers are clearly not skilled to make these expensive decisions. Lesson learned.

Love the soft modern furniture. Great for industrial design all the way to light beach house feel. The lighting is very pleasing as well. Great shopping experience.

Unfortunately my story is the same as many others. Beautiful furniture and design ideas and customer service that's unhelpful at best and flat out rude at worst. Nice stuff but I would never do business with a company that treated me the way I was treated here

Terrific products, "too cool for school" staff that seemed utterly uninterested in customer service. The store is beautiful, but we wandered around for 20 minutes before I got forceful with the staff and made them help us. Delivery was ridiculously slow as well -- 2 weeks past the delivery date, they could not explain where the sofa was or when it would be delivered. Once it arrived, we're very happy with it. But they really need to get their act together.

The Showroom is impressive, it makes you want everything. We ordered two pieces when around it's opening in LA in October. We had to wait SIX MONTHS to receive our pieces. Which is a mighty hefty wait for a mass-manufacturer. We weren't happy, as initially they said two months. The delivery service on the other hand was fantastic, they called the week before to establish the date of deliver, and told us a day before the exact time they would be arriving. They came as promised and the guys were awesome. The designs of RH are always great, but the attention to quality control has been poor on every single product we have purchased throughout the years, from lamps, to metal bookshelves, to consoles and side tables. Our shagreen Console table was another disappointment. Poor execution when making/manufacturing, the doors are wonky, do not sit in a straight line and do not close properly. The kind of thing you expect from a cheap item. I'm not asking for complicated cabinetry, but at the prices they charge, I don't expect to see this kind of quality or lack thereof. Such a shame, but won't be purchasing from them ever again!

Restoration Hardware Modern, every room is filled with Fabulous Designs the lines are clean and impressive. The Customer Service Fell FLAT. No Identifiable Sales people insight. When I did locate a sales person they whisked by too busy and couldn't help answer a single question. The 'Sales Associates' need a Customer Service Lesson from the Curb Side Valet Service. Poor Customer Service created a Poor Experience.
