So far I haven't been disappointed by this Chipotle. Food is good, hot, fresh. Line can be a bit long but no more so than any other. I think they move pretty fast.

The food is terrible there everything is just a big ole mess by the time you get it... The quality of the food at chipotle on a whole has steadily gone way down over the years.. updated 7/26/22 I just realized that they also use food from the previous night!! 😡 No way the beans should be dried out at 12 pm in the afternoon and the Guacamole still frozen! This was officially my last meal@ this dump I recommend Sharks seafood next door they make more than seafood and ALL the food is cooked to order! And the portions are on point, also Jersey Mike's is not bad either plus they will make your sandwich in salad form if you're trying to cut back on the bread. And all the prices are similar🤷🏾♂️

This store is the epitome of Chipotle. The staff are excellent and will ensure that you know your place. You are but one customer and any questions will hold up the line. Know what you want or wait until you do before you get in line. Should you see an item on the online menu, staff will immediately correct you if they do not carry it. Speak loudly! It is your fault if they do not actually hear you. You will be responsible if they make something you did not want simply because it sounds similar. Chipotle is not for children! You have been warned and to ensure you learn this lesson, the children's meals no longer actually include anything, and queso has been made a side. Should you forget, staff will scold you to ensure you do not forget and further delay the line.

I did an online order for the 1st time in a long time at this Chipotle - Vista Gardens in Lanham, MD. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10p and the app says finished orders are placed on a shelf to pick up - other orders were alreadyon the shelf when I arrived. Because it was busy, I waited for my order to be completed since it wasn't on the shelf. I arrived at 8:10p. I waited until 8:30p because my order wasn't on the shelf yet. I got curious and asked a cashier when my order would be ready and she reached over behind the counter (out of sight) and handed me my order. I was very surprised. It was ready but they kept it (the only order) behind the counter. I got home and everything was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I just did not like the food. Maybe it is the seasoning but it didn't taste good.

The food is fresh and tastes good. However every time I've ordered food, I never get everything I ask for like double meat, guacamole...and the bowl is always almost half of what I get in person. I expect consistency!

Lines have been long lately, but moving faster. Food is always fresh and they usually have all the ingredients. A lil stingy at times. But all in all, my fav location. Still not sure why security is needed, but not there everyday.

Ordered guacamole which isn't cheap and instead got a hard half piece of an avocado. They are very stingy on the meat with certain groups of people which isn't cool.

I have not had many Chipotle places over the years because it varies per location but, this one here in Vista Gardens definitely know how to make it right. They have the quality and the quantity you could ever ask for. The food is always hot and have good customer service.

This Chipotle location moves fast. They also do well with having your order ready when you order for online pick up. The food is consistent. I live in DC and this is my preferred location to go to for Chipotle. The dinning area seems well maintained. The staff seems friendly. I always get good service here.
