Not professional or trust worthy, take your car to a professional shop for repairs not a gas station. Was left stranded without a vehicle after hours when I was told my truck was "ready" and "test drove" clearly neither was true and had to pay for more work and parts because Carl didn't look at the techs notes which frankly is a pathetic excuse. That seems to be what he is best at actually providing at this establishment.

Complete rip off. Charged me $99 for a failed inspection and then tried to tell me that the car needs thousands of dollars of repair in order to pass inspection. Some of which aren't even damaged or in any need of repair/replacement. Do not, and I mean DO NOT go there. Only positive is that the service was fast.

Over Price on parts and labor cost, tells you a low estimate price in the beganning, then surprise you with an inflated cost (3x) after the work is performed...trapped. Shady Practice. I will NEVER have work done nor refer any future business at Shell. Greed!

a friend of mine treated was very very bad customer service when she went in for help with a simple tire plug. avoid this gas station for service if you can.

The Mechanic is Racist against Blacks he did not attempt to ask me or help me with my flat tire he told me to move out of the way of the doors when no cars were there they had one car they were working on and you Mean to tell me you all are too busy to help come Come On.So i put my flashers on and rode to the Gas station down the street So much for Customer service.
