Do not drop off Fedex's SurePost (combination of Fedex and post office with post office label with boxed "S" on boxes)! They get stuck in store for few days not knowing what to do. Its actually for Fedex Ground but they didn't know. ~Norman

They not working honestly. The mechanic playing games and the owner pretends to be serious but is the opposite. I never go there again. They take too much of advantage if they see you are nice or don’t know much about cars . Mechanic charge you extra $$ and then mister owner share some more with him . They LIE . ~Costumer

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
First, and foremost, this location was perfectly fine. The people there were personable and very understanding. However, they are, unfortunately, the messenger for an unfortunate company that cares little for your time and requirements. YOUR RESERVATION MEANS NOTHING. And what I mean by that is placing a reservation online for a specific date/time means nothing and this was easily admitted by the representative I called and spoke to to express my dissatisfaction and ask to assist me. I made my online reservation 2 days ago without a problem for the local location for 10:30am, 4 miles from my home. Literally 15mins before my appointment time (while I was already driving there mind you) I get an "order update" email saying that not only was my reservation moved to another location but the time slot was moved to one 4.5hours after the original. This was not acceptable because I had plans that involved third parties that were expecting me well before that. So, in short, my plans for today were ruined. Luckily for me I moved them to tomorrow, where I made a new reservation, so fingers crossed that no one at u-haul thinks that they can just move my life where ever they think it should be. One important point, I think, to take away from this is how on earth can I ever trust that a reservation I make with u-haul will actually be taken seriously? I can't. And if I cannot trust a company to uphold it's end of the bargain then I cannot in good conscience ever give them my business unless I am truly a captive audience like I am now with little choice but to hope they maintain the agreement we set for tomorrow. But regardless of how tomorrow goes, and so long as I am able to plan in advance, I will never use u-haul again. It's just a trust issue. I needed them today and they didn't keep their promise. ~T
Lima's Chicken Bowie
First: This restaurant is no longer Lima's Chicken. This is supposed to be Pollo Saltado. If you know, then you know what's wrong. When I called to let them know they forgot the sauce, the guy working on 6 January around 6:30 PM, hung up on me. Note: I had this same dish this past weekend and it was done the right way and so delicious. So I'm not sure what happened. Oh the cook was coughing in the back with mask down and didn't cover the cough either. 🤮 ~Tiara

Friendly hostess and server, but service was pretty bad. Ordered chicken nachos, pretzel sticks with beer cheese and chicken Alfredo. The pretzel sticks were ok but the dipping sauces were really disappointing. Nachos came out soggy and somewhat warm. None of the ingredients except jalapenos were fresh on the nachos, even found some fries in it. Chicken Alfredo took 45 min to come out, it tasted microwaved. At no point did the server come back to check on drinks or let us know where the chicken Alfredo was. Also ordered a long island ice tea which tasted awful, like half the glass was syrup and the other was bottom shelf liquor. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience. The restaurant itself seemed clean but had a mildew type smell. ~Julian

The food was good, it's Wendy's. Set up was not well designated so people were milling about, unsure where a line started. Cleanliness was not apparent. One booth had a soda spilled on the bench seat and puddled on the floor. The ladies had a need for cleaning and restocking. ~Carol

Horrible, not only is the wait long with barely any cars in line. I ordered a large fry, small sprite and four pies for family and my daughter at home. I got charged for such but when I got home there were only two undercooked pies, half packet large cold fries. I called multiple times and no one answer. This is not the first time I was charged for something and got less than I paid for. I will definitely be calling the corporate office tomorrow because this is disgusting and completely unprofessional. ~Kay

Horrible Horrible!! The store is small and the store has bullet proof glass. The staff is rude and the bathroom is filthy. If I could give them no stars, I would. Go to the next gas station. ~Yolanda
