I go here on a regular to get gas, snacks and ice. The employees are always really friendly and know exactly what I'm going to be getting every time I walk in. The prices are a bit high sometimes but your paying for the convenience of it being there. All in all, great friendly neighborhood gas station. ~Phillip

12/27/22 at 9:53 am est., Staff encounter was rude and insensitive. I had to repeatedly ask for receipts. Staff refused to release 20.00 gas After I paid. I called from the pump and then had to go inside a second time to ask for my gas I already paid for in advance. They don't deserve 1 star. I was also refused a request to speak to management. ~D

What I thought was going to be a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. After having my prescription denied by insurance I clearly stated to Theo, the pharmacist, that I would run out of my current supply in 4 days, and that I would need to pay out of pocket until I could get insurance squared away. I have now been without my medication for 5 days. Theo's explanation is that I did not come in to pay for the order and that is why the ingredients have not even been ordered yet. Our previous conversation ended with him saying he would order the medication and have it ready by Monday or Tuesday at the latest and he would call me back when it was ready. He NEVER even mentioned that I needed to pay up front! In fact, 3 of the 4 times he told me he would call me back he failed to do so. And then when I tell him that this is a medication I need to breathe and I feel like he is not taking this very seriously, he puts me on hold, stating that he has other customers to deal with! I wish I could just go down to CVS and get my prescription filled, but my medication is compounded by very few pharmacies. I will have to get my doctor to send my prescription to another compounding pharmacy out of state and wait for it to be mailed. This could take a week! Meanwhile, I am praying I don't end up in the ER. You could not pay me to ever use this pharmacy again. Completely unnacceptable! ~Audra

I did an online order for the 1st time in a long time at this Chipotle - Vista Gardens in Lanham, MD. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10p and the app says finished orders are placed on a shelf to pick up - other orders were alreadyon the shelf when I arrived. Because it was busy, I waited for my order to be completed since it wasn't on the shelf. I arrived at 8:10p. I waited until 8:30p because my order wasn't on the shelf yet. I got curious and asked a cashier when my order would be ready and she reached over behind the counter (out of sight) and handed me my order. I was very surprised. It was ready but they kept it (the only order) behind the counter. I got home and everything was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant. ~Carlton

This was our first visit to Rips. I’ve heard good things about it so I called ahead and made a reservation so we would miss out on the opportunity to try it while we were nearby. We were coming from an event, so got there 30 minutes early and went inside- it didn’t look too busy. We were told we would still need to wait til closer to our reservation time. Fine, whatever. However 2 more parties walked in after us and were seated before us, so we got up from the waiting area and asked- apparently they had the same reservation time too…. We were then seated right after we asked. We waited about 5 minutes for a server to come, ordered drinks and appetizers (they were out of potato skins). We got Calamari and Nachos. The nachos were pretty good and flavorful, although I wish we could have chosen a different meat. The calamari wasn’t terrible, but also not the best- my partner said it was edible. Next came our meals- the fried fish plate and Maryland fried chicken. My partner said the fried fish was good, but he was expecting more (it said plate full and it was only 2 pieces). His fries were pretty good too. I got the fried chicken- the Mac n cheese was good but not great, green beans were good but clearly canned green beans, and the fried chicken was crispy but very dry and flavorless. I only had a few bites of the chicken and decided it wasn’t worth eating and there was no point in bringing home leftovers. The best part of all was definitely the complimentary corn bread with sweet butter. The light at our table was really dusty and grimy. I was hoping this would be my new favorite place, but I don’t think we’ll be returning. ~Candice

Food was good. I got the inca burrito with fries. My favorite sauce is the green one. There is a wait to receive your food because they also have online/mobile orders they fill.
