Worst service ever. Bought a phone and after the first charge it wouldn't power up. They wanted me to pay $25 and wait 7 to 10 days for a new phone. Keep in mind I just spent 200 3 days earlier. The manager said he would have one over nighed. 3 dats later still no phone. Call the store and the girl at the counter was rude and ended up hanging up one me. Do your self a favor a spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else

Buyer beware. This location will nickel and dime customers. We purchased a phone, a plan and case for $120. Less than 1 hour later we did not feel good about the purchase and went back to the store to return everything. Darrell and Brie informed us all they could refund was $20 of the $120. Everything is non-refundable. This location solidified my decision to never do business with Metro again. I recommend at the minimum you visit a seperate location and avoid this location

I called someone answered and told me they had a box for a charger I need. Not even an hr later at 3:30 I go there and the doors are locked. There’s. Aback office door open with lights on and no one is answering the phone. Y’all are supposed to be open.

Yes, it's an independently owned and operated store under the T-Mobile banner and I would say yes shady is the feeling I got from dealing with these people.

Went to this store to purchase a phone for my daughter. Online it said the store closes at 6 at the store the sign says 7pm. But I get there at 5 to see a hand written note on the door saying they went to lunch. Who closes an entire store for lunch 1 hour before closing for the day. And the condition of the note shows it has been used a few times before. Smh I took a picture but can’t figure out how to post. We’ll go somewhere else.

My husband and I added two lines in December as Christmas presents for my son and my mother-in-law (who happens to live in Virginia). In North Carolina, both of the phones work perfectly. However, neither of THOSE phones work in Virginia, but my husband's and my phones work fine there. So, we brought my mother-in-law's phone back down here, and I called 611 who talked me through several steps including a factory reset and ASSURED me that the issue was fixed. We took it back to my mother-in-law, in Virginia, but neither of those phones worked again. So, we brought hers back with us AGAIN. The next time, we brought it here to the store where we got them. The manager worked on them and said that they weren't working because the WiFi Calling was on on both of them. Once again, we took my mother-in-law's to her in Virginia, and once again, NEITHER OF THEM WOULD WORK. So, we're back at the store. The first lady, who is training, was really nice, and for that matter, so was the other one INITIALLY. However, a bit into the conversation, she had a smart attitude and informed US that WE should have taken it to a store in Virginia to have the VPN changed. EXCUSE ME?! We've been paying for service since December that we haven't been able to use, and she's telling me that it's OUR responsibility to fix it?!?! I informed her that the store closest to my mother-in-law is over 2 hours from her house which puts it 4 hours+ from ours. SERIOUSLY?!?! I had explained to both technical support and the store manager the time we came in was that the issue was with it working in Virginia. Looks like one of them should have known that the VPN needed to be changed. I don't work for MetroPCS, and I, personally, should not be responsible for knowing how to fix my phone!

Choose a different location. Pretty sure the employee just got over and stole my money. Never heard of "cash only and i cant give you a receipt". Plenty of cheap phone services around that will provide documentation of my transactions and not steal my money

I walked out with more questions than when I went in?? Very limited phone selection and was told I would have to pay a hundred and seventy-nine plus Texas and some other fee because I was upgrading my phone but yet someone who's coming over from another service can get the same phone for $79 that doesn't make any sense to loyalty should go to the current customer not the new one
