The customer service is SOO bad here. I go to the one in Cornelius instead. Several visits now and the same couplr of women - no greeting, snippy with responses to questions, and a general attitude that makes the additional 15 minute drive to Cornelius a welcome. I can't imagine the owner of this location is aware of how bad the service is.

After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with tech support, all they managed to do was completely disable all functions on my wife’s new iPhone 13. I went to the T-Mobile store in Huntersville and Whitney helped me. Within 10 minutes Whitney had the issues with the phone corrected and I walked out with a fully functioning phone. Whitney was extremely friendly and obviously way more knowledgeable then on-line tech support.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer going on 10 years. I have visited T-Mobile stores from Nc to California and this was by far the worst experience. Upon walking in the door I was not greeted for over 5 min there were 2 technicians, 4 retail service agents, and a manager on duty. There were only 2 sets of customers in the store at the time. I came in to get a new screen protector and informed them the last time I was given a Zagg screen protector because the store I went to didn’t have the T-Mobile branded ones. This is on my account notes. One of the customer service agents was about to give me a zagg branded one and was scolded by another employee that they couldn’t give me the screen protector or I would have to pay. I was then told they could order one but why in the hell would I wait 5-7 days for a new screen protector when I could visit a better store. Overall they were rude and unhelpful.

I came in yesterday to switch out my old phone for the upgrade. Being that I am still on my parents plan, my dad had called ahead and given Arturo the run down of what we needed done. When I showed up Arturo provided excellent customer service and handled everything seamlessly. Besides just helping me swap my phone he also helped me pick out a phone case and show me some features on the iPhone that I didn’t know existed. Thank you Arturo for the 5 star experience!

I made a big mistake switching from t mobile to Verizon a year or so ago and had previously tried to switch back but ran into so much difficulty with a glitch in my account that I gave up. I decided to try again, and sure enough the glitch was still there. But, I had Vinson in my corner. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure that my issues were taking care of. I heard him going to bat for me on the phone with corporate and it made me feel really good to hear someone sharing my frustration at this glitch in the system that was neither of our faults. When it became clear that the problem couldn’t be solved immediately, he took down all my info so I could go and promised they would work on getting it fixed in the next few days. Sure enough when I called back and started explaining my situation, Daniela, who just happened to pick up the phone, knew who I was before I could even finish and knew the details of my case. Amazing. They clearly had been working for me behind the scenes. I came back in and they got me taken care of, professionally, with great care and some fun conversation too. I hope that Keenon and Daniela are recognized as the customer service superstars they are. As someone who works in the service industry I know how rare individuals like this can be. Please T-Mobile, keep supporting and rewarding people like this who work in your stores!!!!

I went to T-Mobile to switch from my old cell service (Net-Ten) to T-Mobile. At first I got my new plan and all was well, I just needed to wait 3 days for my old number to port over, because they gave me a temporary number. 7 days surpassed and my number never came, I went to another T-Mobile to see what was wrong. The guy who helped me screwed my number and gave me a 'digits line' whereas I needed a 'voice line'. Now I need to talk to customer service and try to figure out how to get them to help me. yay.
