Went in to purchase a new phone, only to be told the phone I was looking for was not available at any store in the area. Chris was not at all helpful, as he could have told me that if I ordered it online it would be available to pick up at another store in 2 hours! How hard is that Chris? I came home and chatted with a Verizon online CSR, who was very helpful in finding me a phone and explaining the difference of store inventory versus on-line inventory, but the stores cannot take from the on-line inventory. The CSR found it on-line at another location just a few miles down the road. If they are even remotely kinder than Chris was, they will become my new store!

I upgraded my iPhone and Zion was super helpful and made the process really easy for someone technology illiterate like myself. The team has great report with each other and it makes the store a nice place to be while waiting. 10/10 experience

I had service issues and I stopped by this location and after 1 hr wait they told me my previous service provider blocked my Cellphone (my cellphone was paid in full) Few min later I called customer service and they fix the issue in about 3 min ! I do not recommend this place!

Terrible customer service, started new Verizon service and left with nothing but a box in my hand with the phone inside never been opened or activated. No receipt no bag, number port wasn’t done properly and was a nightmare for two weeks! Overall terrible experience. I wouldn’t say that if I didn’t go back there two more times trying to get help with the number port only to be waiting an extra two hours longer and pushed over to the next day twice. First time I’ve ever loved the bad review for anyone and I am close to four years old so that says something

I went to the store, after scheduling an appointment and I was spoken with until half an hour later. I was told by multiple Verizon representatives that there were iPhone 13 Pros at this location. However, when I asked I was told there wasn’t. The worker then proceeded to send us to another Verizon store about an hour away, considering the ordeal I already went through, I went. As I arrived the store was Temporarily Closed’ this has been the worst experience in my life. If you like good customer service DON’T GO WITH VERIZON!!

On Monday, 12/27/21 I went to this location to try and resolve a billing issue, attempt number 4. Twice online second at the store. Falcon checked me and told me it was a 90 minute wait and I told him my issue and that is not something they handle but could get me on the phone with someone who could. In 3 mins I was on with Jim and he was great, issue resolved!!! Thanks to Falcon and his true desire to help and Jim!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Was confronted in a very harsh and rude manner about wearing a mask despite the only sign states to be 6ft social distancing. As a fully vaccinated individual, I did not see the need for a mask since the employees were either not wearing one or had them below their chin. Was actually told in the rudest manner that I had to wear a mask or be escorted by the authorities... my choice. I sat in one of the chairs near the displays which is more than 6 feet and he continued to berate me. Such horrible customer service.

Yesterday we had an excellent experience with Angela last night at the Sam Fire store. We were in and out with a new phone in less than 45 minutes. That was the quickest time we’ve ever got a new phone. She was extremely friendly, personable and to the point! It’s so nice having excellent customer service nowadays.

As a customer, you have the right to good care, regardless of the time you arrive. The agent does not have knowledge in general in protection plans and also due to the rush, he gave me a different cellphone color than the one requested. Very bad experience in this store.
