If given the option I would say -5. I show up at 10:55 only looking to buy a Gatorade, I park in a parking spot a lady is basically pushing people out the front door and looks at me as I get out of the truck and rushes to shut the door and start turning off the lights when everyone know this location closes at 11:pm not 10:55. Let me tell you I’m a small business owner with plenty of experience this is exactly how to ruin a location. You have lost my business and I will be recommending all friends and family to stay away.

I don't do this very often but I feel like it needs to be dealt with when I walked in I was never greeted As I grabbed a bottle of Coke and placed it on the Counter the rude woman at the register said Did you need something In a most disgusted tone As if to say I'm better than you I just wish I didn't have to work here As she grabbed my Coke she exclaimed is that it The whole time I wasn't quite sure if she was talking to me and yet she was for a fact I just feel she should have been more respectfulFor her customers and not treat them like scum under her fingernails With it being Christmas time I didn't even get a happy holidays let alone a merry ChristmasI will be back but not anytime soon I just hope she cleans up her act and treats people a little better

2 stars for their car wash. The machine was old and worn. Took very long to process credit card; took so long I debated on leaving but worried my card info was still in machine. Then when it was time to make selection the buttons are missing and the labels are so faded I had no idea which option I selected. Which FYI, the 3rd button (missing/torn off) is not the platinum option it's the very basic which I didn't want. For the type of car wash, it was OK but still see dirt spots on windshield and car. Also, $8 for very basic, minimum wash is pricey in my opinion. I know of other places that are similar and less expensive.

I love ezy stop! Not just because they have everything under the sun, but the people is the biggest reason I go there on the regular. Tony the owner is always awesome, as well as all the rest of the staff.

Convenient and overall a great business but Tony needs to get better workers in the liquor store. Crack heads that are always high and on their phones are not going to attract more business..

Unfortunately you have to give a star and after the service I received they deserve NONE...... The girl at the liquor with the nasty grill is the rudest most unprofessional person in the world. Her pupils were dilated like no other and had very little knowledge about the wine I was in search of. She had a husband/significant or friend hanging out with her and her attention was all about him. I’ll never shop at this location again at least there are other options for alcohol in Dry Ridge and it’s unfortunate because the other employees that work in this establishment are very pleasant to deal with. Three separate occasions I’ve dealt with her in the evening time and it’s always some type of issue with her but, nothing compares to this last visit. I hope management really considers the lack of customer service skills this individual has. Small businesses rely on local repeated business and unfortunately word of mouth goes a long way and I’ll definitely be sure to express how poorly the service was every opportunity I get!

The girl at liquor store in the evenings is very very nice and easy on the eyes. If any complaints on this place then ya must be the most perfect person in the 🌎. Gtoh with your bs fr. If one person is working sorry they are not super biopic cashier persons .

Friendly Staff, Good Food. Yes they are busy at times, sometimes you have to wait. If you are so privileged that you can give a store a 1 star rating because you had to wait in a line you should get over yourself. My go to store for Gas or Chicken!

Can you give a zero review? We stopped here before going to the Ark Encounter. A group of elderly men were sitting at tables in front of the soda/pop fountain. 3 feet away. They were all smoking and getting a fountain drink meant you had to suffer through the cloud of cigarette smoke. If they want to allow smoking inside, they need to at least have it in an area that has less traffic than the soda fountain.
