I called the store on 7/23/2022 at 1:10pm and a woman picked up. She didn't give her name. From the moment she picked up the phone she sounded uninterested in helping out. I asked if she had the Inseego mobile hotspot, and she said they didn't. I asked if she was aware whether another location had the device, and she hung up on me without saying anything. This was quite exceptionally rude customer service.

Great store with fast service. The employees are nice and really try to help answer all your questions. Unfortunately the 5g wifi home internet is not quite as good. When placed near the best window it can get you 45mbps for download speeds and signal drops significantly when placed more inside down to below 20mbps

10+ years of being a Verizon customer, we decided to switch to T-Mobile. Don't regret it a bit. The service at this location was amazing, especially Hugo and Anthony. Thank you for your time and being able to answer all of our questions. I'll be referring everyone to this location. Thanks again.

We recently switched to t-mobile and our transaction was a bit complicated. I couldn't thank this t-mobile crew enough for their competence and excellent customer service. I had to come to the store several times and everyone is always helpful and friendly. I am especially grateful to Anthony who went above and beyond in making sure everything worked out. I couldn't be happier to know this is my neighborhood t-mobile store.

I came by with a very difficult case to this office today and had very small hope for this problem to be solved. The Agent named Alexander was so helpful, professional, polite, and enthusiastic so it made my day. While he was helping me and my participant, he also has been successfully figuring other customers' problems and his manager was covering the rest of the people in the line. Great teamwork. My problem was solved in the end. I feel that I believe in people again. Very high-quality service at this location. Thank you, guys!

Valerie, Anthony , and Alex are the best. When I needed to upgrade my s8 they made sure that all my text messages would not be lost. They kept my phone and kept me inform while other T Mobiles just tried to upgrade me. I was able to keep my thousands of texts. Thanks!

So the overall store is wonderful! Especially Hugo, , and . HOWEVER, because EDWARD didn't want to assist me with a simple request. He gave me misinformation and sent me out of the store to call a third party when it wasn't even necessary. If I had hey been helped right away, I would have gotten my requests/ upgrade addressed within business hours today. But because of him. I now have to take time out of my very busy work day tomorrow (Monday) to do what I needed to to today. I'm upset because if he simply did his job and wasn't too lazy to help me this could have all been avoided. Also, I should have just asked for the manager right away instead of listening to him since I knew he was wrong. Everyone there aside from Edward loves to work! Thank you all who assisted me afterwards!

Prior walking into this store, I had visited 3 other T-Mobile stores , Costco, Apple store, here is where I experienced the best Customer Service from Anthony and Jesus. In particularly, Anthony who I believe to be the store manager, or I hope he's, very attentive, did not hide or fake promotions, said it how it was. Disclosed all fees and charges. Always greeting every person that walked in, branding the name of the store. Incredible great personal and business manners.
