I have been to this location for bill pay 3 times AND every time I have spent WELL OVER 45 minutes. The employees have no sense of urgency or even care to act like they are trying to service in the quickest way possible. Usually waits don’t bother me but countless times. I have seen MANY customers walk out due to not wanting to wait longer wait times. If this store is short staffed they need to hire new employees swiftly. Because the ones they have waste time conversing about miscellaneous topics. I expect better seeing as how this is the only T-Mobile I can get too.

The old bait and switch was in played. They advertise two lines for $70 but we've I get home ahomeand getatext, that it is one line for $65 . To top it off they soldme a refurbished device they sold as new that worked for about two days. Do not trust this store. Double check what they sell you and what you sign up for. I had to cancel everything and sign up with a more reputable service. Buyer beware at this store. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this store or service. Five thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎 Buyer beware at this store unfortunately you can't give less than one ⭐ We

I'm closing my 25 years service with Sprint. Customer satisfaction is not what I got. Im Paying my November bill, then canceling their service. 25+ years. Never pay late. Thats no good.

Went just left out of this store I’m calling Their corporate office. This store just took my mom money and there customer service was horrible and unacceptable. I can’t believe this store is even still open. Don’t even waste your time going to the store. Worst experience ever I’ve been with this company for five years would never go back to the store.

Horrible customer service. Go to ANY other sprint store and they bend over backwards to help. As stated in previous reviews, they will try and get as much money as they can. I now have to drive 15-30 min out of the way just to be helped properly. Thanks guys!
