My experience at this boost mobile was amazing. For years my family and I have been getting help from Albino G and he never fails. I will always come back to this boost because I know he is there. Such a kind person and great customer service ! ~Chelsea

VERIZON CUSTOMERS BEWARE. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. How was our experience at this location? Not the best at all. Gave us a number to call. The worker was not very professional. Did not ask if there was anything else we needed help with or if we had any other questions. Did not attempt to further help. There was another worker that stood by without offering further assistance. I asked if there was someone else that can help us, he replied "no". Basically chased us out the store by saying "I don't have to know anything other than Verizon"..."have a nice day". Attitude was sarcastic and rude. Advised the youngster to seek more customer service classes as well as knowledge when it comes to phones. Was he racially biased or prejudiced? I sure hope not. I do not recommend this store at all. In fact, stay away from it. Did not get the guy's name. It was 30 minutes before closing on August 7, 2022 ~Juan

This store is immaculately clean and inviting. I was the only customer at the time and the rep was on top of it. No issue at all taking care of my request. Friendly and helpful, made to feel welcome. Keep up the good work! ~Crana
