Tried to upgrade my phone here, they told me they weren't an "actual T-Mobile store" and "couldn't help me", so I had to go to a real T-Mobile store to get an upgrade. Pretty sad. Don't recommend. The staff was decently nice but either they were clueless or T-Mobile is. Either way, don't recommend.

IF I WAS ABLE TO PUT NO STARS WOULD BE GREAT WENT THE OTHER DAY HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE THE SO CALL MANAGER. I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 5 years. On December 31, 2017 New Year's, I went into the customer service and reported to them that the chargers that I had purchased from Fry's just over a week ago, which is the second set, are not charging any of my T-Mobile apparatuses9. The sales clerk told me that I needed a different a wall charger which I have and I asked her if they had it in a car version. She was telling me that the phones won't properly charge unless you use the Samsung charger. I humbly asked her to please put my phone on the charger because I'm living from my car, I don't have a way to charge my phone, I'm dealing with disabilities I added after she refused saying that it was against policy to charge a phone. Not believing that that someone could be so cruel and cold as to leave a homeless elderly woman without a charger or phone on New Year's Eve I got Facebook live to prevent an overwhelming anxiety attack due to such a a gross Injustice. Once I got the Facebook live on they told me they were going to call the police and I said why need to have the Facebook live on so that I don't going to anxiety while I talk to you because I was trying to convince them to charge my phone and then I said well let me buy a cable they said the cable was $20 but they would not let me even buy the cable because I would not close my tablet notwithstanding that it was pointed towards the ground. They began bullying and intimidating me calling security and the police even though I had not so much as even raise my voice and that is why I wanted to keep the conversation being heard as proof because people embellished and create situations situations and call waste taxpayer dollars causing calling police unnecessarily and sometimes leading to unjustified arrest murders and 5150s this needs to STOP!

Took a while before service asked us what we wanted and then after that they recommended a phone for me didn't have it in stock really was not helpful at all I've been to other T-Mobile locations and they were very helpful and had the phone on stock. Needs better management

Always takes a minimum of 30 mins to get in and out of there. The employees dont have a sense of urgency. Customers were getting upset. They can at least every once in awhile let you know they will be with you momentarily. Remind folks to sign in on their sheet so people won't cut in front of others. The Lakewood locations greeted me when I walk in. Another sales associate came out to assist me immediately. I was in and out within 10 mins.
