The representative was not personable at all. She was very short with me when I asked questions. I asked her to back up certain things and though she said she did, I was unable to retrieve them. This cost me money and aggrevation. I rarely have positive experiences at Verizon.

Asked 1,374,239 times to fix my television service. I was sold to switch door to door and just pray for the day Comcast comes back. Can’t watch tv in my room because of the connection. No one has fixed after several attempts. I’m goin to love soon and can’t wait to leave! I also work on new construction and will NEVER recommend because of service. Would have cost basically nothing to keep me happy. Thanks for nothing

Mikall was incredibly professional, very helpful, he spent over 1 hour trying to resolve Verizon refusing to give me credit for my old phone. Verizon had sent me an email with the damaged phone which was not mine and did not even have the same charge intake and then tried charging me almost $300 for their mistake. He was on with them for over 60 minutes until it finally got resolved. What was funny was Verizon was trying to unethically offer me half ($150.00) for something that was completely their mistake. As though it was some kind of "offer/deal..." In general dealing with these issues, Verizon is incredibly unethical and makes a simple return feel like one is dealing with a medical insurance company. This gentleman was a true professional!

I needed all types of stuff and Joe was beyond helpful. He explained everything so well and helped me make the best decisions for my account and lifestyle. It always takes awhile to do this type of stuff, but he was on task and got me in and out as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience.

I went in to consider switching mobile plans to Verizon from Sprint T-mobile, and on top of the exorbitant one time fees they charge and don't tell you about, I was quoted incorrectly by 15$ per month a total $540 for the 36 month plan you are required to sign up for. I called and spoke with a representative after about 20 days when I could see next months bill and they told me their is nothing they can do, and they are sorry I was quoted wrong. The problem with this is, the representative I worked with at this location showed me the table with break out pricing, and I saw the pricing with my own eyes. I do believe that the local employee either made an error showing me the rate plans he was showing me or Verizon likes to get folks to sign up with the belief they are paying one thing and then jacking up the price. I was also not given three of the discounts I was told I would receive, one for phone trade in, and two for linking my home fios account and mobile account. I

Today I had a great experience in the store, I came in with a device I had purchased online used, and needed a new SIM card to activate the phone on a number currently on our account. The rep was able to help me quickly and efficiently, I was in and out in 20 minutes with a working device.

The likelihood of you leaving in a better mood than you came is <5%. The likelihood of you leaving at least slightly more upset than you arrived is >75%. Verizon is already a chore, this store doesn't make it any better. I recommend going out of your way to go to a different full-service store. I will be doing so going forward. Among MANY other small complaints (lack of greeting, seemingly lots of associates and nobody being helped, telling people they're swamped at the door and directing them to Edgewater when there is nobody waiting, lack of motivation to help in the absolute slightest)-- On THREE separate occasions, the staff members have made false statements with little effort to correct their mistakes. The first was a completely incorrect explanation of the 14-day return/exchange device policy; the second was a rejection of promotional dollars that I ended up being able to use (with absolutely no help from them); and the third was a misrepresentation of a promotion for a hotspot and the data that was included. Two stars because it's conveniently placed and the ducks in the pond next door are cute.

Very positive experience at this Verizon store. I've had Verizon for cellular for almost 9 years now after moving back from overseas. Stuck with them ever sense but I had one number on cricket and after two years with it wanted a better phone but the same number. The sales rep was phenomenal. Entered the store with an older moto G6 that was on it's last legs and left with the same number, a far better 5G capable phone, Verizon deal to get it free, discount for bringing the number over, and best of all zero hassles. Can't say enough about the sales rep. He got me what I wanted....helped transfer the data and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want. Highly recommended. Note: this store operates on appointments so book it before you go!
