Marsha went beyond and helped us out! She stood in line with the customer care team and share the issue we had with T-Mobile to help us resolve the issue we had for the past 11 months (something no one ever did) she’s amazing!!! If you have an issue go with Marsha, in addition one of her employees was also very helpful, I didn’t catch her name but it’s the pretty lady with nice eyebrows with the nice eye shadow! Thank you ladies 💜

I came into the paramount T-Mobile location by accident, because I was in the area and needed to upgrade my phone. I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team that greeted me with a friendly and welcoming smile; and specially Marsha and Priscilla who assisted me. These ladies are absolutely amazing at their jobs and had me in and out of there asap! I highly recommend this store location!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, WAS ABLE TO UPDATE BOTH MY AND MY WIFE'S PHONE. THE SALES REPS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR STORE. THIS STORE IS A 180 DEGREE CONTRAST TO THE OTHER T MOBILE STORE ON CHERRY AND ARTESIA BY THE FOOS 4 LESS, WHERE THE MANAGER OR SALES REP DIDN'T FULLY EXPLAIN MY OPTIONS AND BASICALLY SAID HE COULDN'T HELP SO I ENDED UP LEAVING WITH NO PHONE. SO GLAD I CANE TO THIS ONE! MH

Poor service, takes a long time to get called up...And then the representatives hardly have any clue of how to work things....From the times I've been here they have given me this attitude, a kind of "I'm better than you" Really disappointing to get this quality of service.....
