Came in to get a charger plenty of employees I was next to be helped, one girl went to taco bell for the employees and another said she'd be right back .... 11 mins later taco bell girl returned still no help. There in the back room talking and eating while I wait to just get a charger if only I could be that young and care free again but sadly this is a joke of a location run by kids. Go to any other location t Mobil is normally on point but it's 6:22 on a Saturday as I leave this message I have 5% on my phone charge. The two guys are on point making sales and the two girls are eating TACO BELL!!! After nearly 25 minutes the young man whom was helping an older woman stopped and helped me between while still juggling has sale closing and upsales for home wifi kid was a Rockstar still no girl ever returned.

They keep sending me to the Metro Pcs across the street but I have T-mobile. When I went to the metro they said they couldn't help because I have t-mobile. I'm getting very upset that they keep sending around and around

This store is Fraudulent..they add charges and are committing crimes against other consumers. BBB has been notified. If anyone else has been to this store in Glendale, AZ watch your pocket books!!

One of their employees was very helpful and answered all my questions. She was great. I went back another day, walked in and the was told it was closed. This location has a lot of homeless people around it and the evening I went someone who appeared to be under the influence of something kept trying to ask me for money as I was walking to my car. It was scary.

I came in and was greeted by everyone. I was helped by Rosy. She was amazing and was very attentive to my wife and I. She went above and beyond. She realized we were on the wrong plan and called and had it changed to the right plan and even asked to raise our credit limit. She was very kind and helped us a lot.

Not smart at all. Children playing latin music loud. Not helping but robbing individuals of true knowledge about products. This store needs structure. They need training on proper communications with what customers are looking for. Not a true customers experience. They are not clear with pricing and choose not to understand what customers are trying to accomplish. I will not return to this location.

Not too sure what is going on with this store. They're friendly and very helpful only when they feel like it. I've been here a few times and it was fine. Came back a couple of times and they won't even acknowledge you. Even though they see you walking in. Smh. Something needs improvement.

Don’t ever go to this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I bought my wife an I phone for Mother’s Day and took advantage of the buy one get one 800 off. We switched services. Big mistake. Had problems with the phones since day one my wife couldn’t get messages for a week. We went back to the store and they reset the phone and told us it should work now. It didn’t. My phone was dropping calls as well so within 10 days of paying cash. I called the store over and over and they never answer. When they finally did the rep wasn’t there so I left a message Never heard from him to this day. Sent massage after message still nothing finally after they waited until the remorse period was over I was able to contact corporate so they called the store and spoke with the manager and they both agreed on the return of the phones The rep told me to take them back and they would cancel service and refund what was paid. So I take them back and this manager isn’t there and he put a temperamental kid in his place I explained everything to this lame and he gets loud and tries to tell me he can only switch the phones. Lol. I said I don’t want anything to do with T-Mobile after being met with a rude attitude and more lies and deception. This kid was mad that I knew his company policy threw a tantrum threw his lil laptop at me and threatened to call the cops. WHAAAAAAAAAATTTTT!!!!! After I just spent 3000 at this store. That’s how I was treated. Anyways corporate and my lawyer will be meeting soon. Careful who you deal with!!!!!!

None of em knew how to bring my att number over they gave my phone back and said we can't help you. Couldn't help me upload my paid bill from att so they are the laziest people I've come across. They wanted me to walk out with their changed number and not reimburse me for the $800. So they said we can't import your old number and we want you to walk out with the number WERE assigning you. We can't help you get reimbursed so their promotion to pay off your phone and go on their network is a SCAM!

There representative Natalie was great and very helpful! I am happy with my new phones. Although I was disappointed at first. I had went over what I wanted with a rep on line a few nights before and was lead to believe I would not have to pay anything to merge to T mobile. She said she had put notes on my account, but none were found. I had to go with a deal they had of by 1 phone get 1 free. I had to upgrade to 5 G phone, so really had to get best offer I could?
