I needed all types of stuff and Joe was beyond helpful. He explained everything so well and helped me make the best decisions for my account and lifestyle. It always takes awhile to do this type of stuff, but he was on task and got me in and out as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience. ~Katherine

Wow, outstanding and amazing customer service. I was working with Kanwal to get my Verizon business account set up with a new phone and new devices. She was super helpful and patient. I had made multiple stops to the kiosk because there were some technical issues with my tax ID but she figured out the problem and it wasn't an easy one to fix. Knowlegable and friendly!! ~E

I came here today to get a new phone and the sales person was nice. She gave us a promotion for 50% off the new phone. I waited patiently for 3 hours for my phone to be activated and connect to service but ultimately called 611 for Customer Care. Tanya, the amazing Customer Care person on the phone, told us we had not only received the wrong promotion but the original sales person had not finished setting up my phone. I was going to be trading in my old phone but instead of them taking the phone, they gave me a mailer and a mailing label. I attributed this to COVID but Tanya said they were just lazy. She shared that this store is an authorized retailer and was in a way, like a franchise. She was lovely and helped me get my phone set-up and is currently trying to figure out the promotion. She sent me a new mailing label to ensure it was mailed to the right place. I won't leave T-Mobile but I will go to a new retail store if I have an issue. ~Shelley
