I dont know what exactly the T Mobile is doing, I went there to get new phones as well as new lines, not even after two months of getting it, the samsung galaxy s22 ultra started giving problems, the bad part is two phones had problem, now when I spoke to T Mobile, they wana send me refurbished phones which doesn't make any sense at all, I think they do this to all the customers and recently I came across this news about a T Mobile who were selling unlocked phones and they were not even taking the whole payment, T Mobile is ripping people and cheating everyone.

I came here today to get a new phone and the sales person was nice. She gave us a promotion for 50% off the new phone. I waited patiently for 3 hours for my phone to be activated and connect to service but ultimately called 611 for Customer Care. Tanya, the amazing Customer Care person on the phone, told us we had not only received the wrong promotion but the original sales person had not finished setting up my phone. I was going to be trading in my old phone but instead of them taking the phone, they gave me a mailer and a mailing label. I attributed this to COVID but Tanya said they were just lazy. She shared that this store is an authorized retailer and was in a way, like a franchise. She was lovely and helped me get my phone set-up and is currently trying to figure out the promotion. She sent me a new mailing label to ensure it was mailed to the right place. I won't leave T-Mobile but I will go to a new retail store if I have an issue.

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had. It is not about their services or products but the salesperson that I won't name. It felt like she were forced to help us. Maybe she is new I don't know, but she wasn't even trying to help us. Just careless.

BEWARE! I had filed a claim through Tmobile customer service for a replacement phone. They approved a warranty exchange and sent my new phone to this Bay Ridge location. When I called to confirm that my new phone was in and able to be picked up, I was told by the "manager" Farooq that he would not give me the phone TMOBILE sent him because my phone needed to be repaired. He sent me to another store who could perform the repair. They then told me that they could not repair the phone, and that it was indeed qualified for a warranty exchange, and to return to the Bay Ridge location to retrieve my phone. They told me that the BAY RIDGE LOCATION IS NOT CORPORATE OWNED AND THAT THEY WILL REFUSE BUSINESS IF IT DOESNT RESULT IN A SALE. I did that and was told again by Farooq that he would not give me the new phone. I called TMOBILE customer service and even they tried to tell Farooq to give me the phone. The repair center told him he needs to comply and give me my phone. He refused and the lied to customer service by telling them my screen is damaged and needs repair (even though the repair facility said it is a clear warranty exchange) Farooq even tried to sell me a new phone (CLEARLY HE ONLY WANTS A SALE AND HAS NO CONCERN FOR ACTUAL SERVICE OR ETHICS. This location is a joke and they will try to squeeze your money out of you even if they know it is unethical and absolutely unnecessary. I have been a TMOBILE customer for 18 years and this BAY RIDGE location is the most greedy Tmobile representation I have ever seen. .

Love this T-Mobile store every time I go there have a great experience Farooq the banger is the best they have there got me an new phone within 15 minutes I was out of door great manager I say everyone to go to that mobile store in area

I bought a phone at this location and was promised a $500 rebate on my trade in phone at the time of sale and in multiple follow up calls. When it never showed up on my bill it was finally determined that my plan was not compatible with the promotion. This should have been told to me at the beginning and I would not have purchased the phone. In any event the store would do nothing to make it right and just expected me to eat the $500. Tmobile customer care credited me $200 to partially cover the loss. My advice is to avoid this store but if you do buy a phone here, get any deal you may have been promised in writing as their word is not worth anything.

I was a loyal AT&T customer for many years. I truly believed I was paying for a premium service but that was not actually the case. My girlfriend and I visited this location where Rob went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I never once felt like I was being sold something. Rob explained what amenities he thought would be best for my girlfriend and I based on how we used our phones. Until now I didn't realize that a phone plan was something that could be customized for an individual user. Rob even called back to follow up when I had some issues transferring my number to my new phone. This is one of the best sales experiences I've had. It's nice when someone can earn your trust with their knowledge of the product and that's exactly what happened here. Thanks for everything.

This T-Mobile store has a great team! They know the technology, products, and are eager to serve the customer. My wife and I just switched from AT&T. I was a customer of AT&T for years... T-Mobile rep, Rob, spent over 2 hours taking care of use, even after closing. He followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. Farooq knows his business and provides working manager service along side his team.

I never do reviews. But the exceptionally amazing service I got last week at the T-Mobile location at 958 Bay Ridge Road in Annapolis, MD really deserves mention.. The reason: Rob Showalter, the Assistant Store Manger. Rob helped me resolve multiple complicated issues related to my shift from my old AT&T work account to a T-Mobile account . It took time. And multiple phone calls to both T-Mobile and AT&T call centers.And Rob was a total professional and a gentleman in working through the problems and getting it resolved in a way that I have a much better plan at a much better rate. He even went out of his way to inform me that I was eligible for a T-Mobile "switch" bonus that pays back my final installment plan on my AT&T-sourced phone. Wow. Finally: Rob and his colleagues are *totally* committed to coronavirus safety controls. Only two customers allowed in the store and everybody wears masks. Five stars, highly recommended. Thank you, Rob Showalter.
