The staff were terrible and only gave me part of the meal i paid for. Ordered a 12 piece meal for 4 people and we only got 8 pieces. We were accosted by a rando while we were trying to order our food at the drive through. I wouldn’t cry if this site was nuked from orbit…. It’s the only way to be sure.

Stopped in at the Kentucky fried chicken on Annapolis rd. Food wasn't all that great....more dry than anything.like it had been sitting under the heat-lamp for a few hrs. The girl who took my money wasn't to friendly to boot. Maybe a little smile and have a nice day , may have made the meal , go down a little easier. But thats the newer generation. I'm used to it by now.

Place my order via the drive thru and order my dinner with a large french fries only to get home, the fries was not in the bag. After calling the store back to back 8 times the manager answered. I explained to him that I did not receive my fries, he asked if I could come back and pick them up. I stated no I’m home could you refund the fries back on my card, he stated he could not but I could come back tomorrow and pick up a order of fries. The next day I arrived and he provided me with my fries and I request do I receive any Compensation for my time and gas. He told me NO! Never again will KFC get a dime from me.

Just ordered food the lady on in the drive thru had a nasty attitude like somebody did something to her if u don’t want to work there then don’t I been workin with fast food for over 5 years she don’t know customer service

I only ate here because of my guy. I've given up fast food because it's bad food, bad for you & bad service. We didn't get grape jelly for the biscuit, chicken was fried too hard, didn't get receipt, & food was nasty. I won't be back. Wasted $20.

I arrived to place a order had to download the app to place a order and the only thing that was fresh was the fries. We couldn't even finish the rest of the food because we were tired of chewing.

It's 8/26/2021 @7:09pm. This evening crew is the worst. Now, I know when things are busy folks get tired and annoyed, however, we must stay professional and provide exceptional customer service, which was not given at this location. I've ordered and currently sitting in my car awaiting my family meal of tenders, fries and biscuits and its been 17 minutes. The young lady who took my order was very nasty, no professionalism at all. The young lady who delivered my food to me however was rather nice, but looked annoyed too. 😒 First and last time customer.

Ordered the fried wings and they were raw red and oozing blood. When I returned them the manager had an attitude and told me they are done but they are pressured cooked. I told the manager this was not my first time eating KFC please donot insult my intelligence by trying to sell me raw chicken. She returned my money with an attitude.
