After spending 208 min. holding to speak to a Truist representative I decided to call this location. This is the location where I had opened my accounts. I was placed on hold & after several min called again. The same women answered & from go was rude. She didn't want too hear or help me. Instead of listening to what I was asking she continously spoke over me, going round & round because she wasn't listening to my 2 simple questions. This is unacceptable to be treated this way. To be made to feel that my time wasn't worth hers because she thinks I work for her is unacceptable. She was rude, defensive & condescending. After this I would NEVER recommend banking with this bank (especially at this location). ~Juste

I called & spk/w Ashley Sutton @ Extra Space Storage to inquire about a climate controlled storage unit that could accommodate a 53-foot long 18-wheeler tractor trailer & believe it or not, this was the ONLY one that I could find in this area. I was new to this but she show me the unit, explain the cost, insurance & took the time to walk me around the facility to show me where the tractor would enter & exit. Ms. Sutton even held this end unit close to the door for 7-days to give me time to contact my moving van line so they could confirm their tractor could get in/out of the Extra Storage facility & charged me the agreed upon rate. Due to the facilities location in an industrial park other businesses park on the street. Ms. Sutton offer to contact their neighboring businesses on the day of my move-in to have the truck normally parked along the street to relocate for that day. Actions like that told me all I needed to know about what type of company Extra Storage Space is & the above & beyond service they offer!!! I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage! Ms. Sutton was VERY PLEASANT, did not engage in any fast talk, she did not bait me in over the phone and then switch once I came into the office, she took the time to go over my contract paragraph by paragraph and no attempt to sell me anything even though I didn’t have a lock for my unit! All she simply said was, “Is there anything else I can help you with” with a pleasant smile on her face. BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY TO WORK WITH!! Again, I HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage!!!! ~James

I was having a difficult time putting in an online/ curbside pick up order (normally, I'd go in the store, but in recovering from an accident). The customer service line was unhelpful. I called the store, hopeful someone would be able to help. I was fortunate to reach Paige. She spent well over a half hour on the phone with me, trying to investigate the issue I was having. It went well beyond her duties, but she was the only person who seemed willing to help. She came up with a few different solutions when it became apparent the app/ website would not cooperate. In the end, she personally shopped my order and came to my vehicle and helped me make the actual transaction, so I didn't have to come in. I had never had a good experience at the Frederick store, but I will happily continue to give them my business because of her. Thank you Paige! Your professionalism and overall kindness deserves to be rewarded. ~T

To start, I was supposed to have this bed delived a day before but somehow there was a computer glitch and it missed 10% of the orders that were supposed to be delivered.....The service during the delivery was amazing. The two gentlemen were very polite. I had the sidewalks cleared of snow and ice so they would not slip or fall. I opened up the door so they wouldn't have to deal with that. I did not get to see them on box the item or see them put it together but they never put together the universal headboard bracket. That being said it's extremely challenging for a disabled person to figure out and to install plus the legs seem a bit crooked. There were cables hanging down off the platform. If I would have not looked, I would have stuck something under the bed and would have ripped those wires right out. The box for the motor is just dangling from the bed by a twisty. I did get it in one plastic clip but there isn't anything else to hold it up. On the back of the bed it looks like the material might have been stretched too tight and it looks like the screws are starting to show through the fabric! I went with tempurpedic because of the name and supposedly the quality. My friends have other electric beds that they got for much less and they haven't had any issues :(. For what I paid for this I'm extremely unhappy with the quality so far. Like I said the two that dropped it off and did the setup were very kind and very polite. In fact, I gave them a $10 tip each. Once again I apologize for a negative review But, this is unacceptable! ~Sha

Upon walking into the Ace Express in Frederick off of route 40, there were a few people in front of me. The last behind the counter was prompt and efficient and got them in and out in a timely manner. When it was my turn, she introduced herself as Angel and she was just a breath of fresh air. She was delivered excellent service and was knowledgeable on all of my questions. I’m in the customer service industry and In coming in here being on the other side of things it’s nice to have someone who cares about what they do and seems like they are happy to serve you. This has been a great experience! Everyone was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The associate manager Steve walked over to the unit with me and explained everything in details. I would highly recommend Life Storage. Their prices are also hard to beat. ~Ravi
