Best loan agency in Frederick, Maryland (MD) 2024

After spending 208 min. holding to speak to a Truist representative I decided to call this location. This is the location where I had opened my accounts. I was placed on hold & after several min called again. The same women answered & from go was rude. She didn't want too hear or help me. Instead of listening to what I was asking she continously spoke over me, going round & round because she wasn't listening to my 2 simple questions. This is unacceptable to be treated this way. To be made to feel that my time wasn't worth hers because she thinks I work for her is unacceptable. She was rude, defensive & condescending. After this I would NEVER recommend banking with this bank (especially at this location). ~Juste

Upon walking into the Ace Express in Frederick off of route 40, there were a few people in front of me. The last behind the counter was prompt and efficient and got them in and out in a timely manner. When it was my turn, she introduced herself as Angel and she was just a breath of fresh air. She was delivered excellent service and was knowledgeable on all of my questions. I’m in the customer service industry and In coming in here being on the other side of things it’s nice to have someone who cares about what they do and seems like they are happy to serve you. Thank you angel, you were just wonderful ! ~Emily
