I had a great experience with Budget in Frederick MD. Rates were lower than any other rental place. The car was new and clean, in a perfect condition. I made a reservation online and pick up took literally 2 minutes. I rented it for one week initially but needed to extend for a few day. It was easily done over the phone using automated system. The return was as easy and quick as the pick up. The staff was very nice and polite. Will definitely be renting here again if I ever need to. ~Maryna

Recently I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Urbana Pike, Frederick MD. The agent who helped me gave me a slightly upgraded car since none of the cars of my choice were available. It's almost a new car and drove well in the beginning. However, once I hit the highway at 60 miles speed, it started shaking violently. I drove slowly below 60 until i reached my destination. I called back Enterprise at Urbana location, and they told me to take the car to the Enterprise office nearby and get an exchange. Without any question, they took my car back and gave me a brand new Volvo Polestar Electric Car. It was the best car drive I ever had and it only cost me $10 for 100% full charging of the battery! When I returned my car after 2 days at Urbana Frederick location, they were very sorry for what happened and provided me a waiver on refilling gas on my original car. I have never seen such an excellent service from any car rental. They never charged me even a penny more than the original price. Bobby at Urbana Frederick location was the best agent and was very helpful in resolving the issues. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I love your service! ~Srinivasan

Great service! I had a comical debacle with a lock on a unit and went to purchase another (to save time) & Matt helped fixed the issue rather than having me purchase another one. Wonderful customer service and clean units! ~Tyler

Give this place a try! We stopped in looking for something specific related to fireplaces. They didn't happen to sell that. BUT they were so friendly and helpful. They even directed us to a couple of places that might have what we needed. I highly encourage a visit here. ~Deborah

The store has a lot of free parking in a well lit lot. The entrance is large and handicap accessible. The store interior is clean and well planned. Jessica at the cellphone center went above and beyond in helping me find a new cellphone. Kudos to Jessica. Finally, Best Buy prices are very competitive. Their open box prices are even better. ~Remo

What’s not to like? Yes, you have to sometimes wait a little bit, but absolutely worth the wait. Here we go; pristine grounds, trash cans are always available and are clean, gas pumps are efficient, environmentally conscious and regularly timed and checked to ensure the best delivery. Staff is friendly and efficient. Gas is usually cheaper and they are always responsive if there is a problem. They are open before the store opens and close an hour after the store!! ~Joy

Kudos to Delonn Knowles and co-workers; My wife and I realized that our savings account was compromised, having money withdrawn without our Knowledge. We panicked, didn't know what to do and so we rushed To the bank for help. We were immediately directed to someone who could help us. A teller, forgive me for not remembering her name, recognizing that my wife was distraught, brought her a glass of water and encouraging words. Ms. Knowles quickly went to work applying her training and experience to the grave situation at hand. We quickly Realized we were in great hands. It was remarkable seeing how the co-workers became a team to help us in our time of need. We've banked at this Frederick location for year's, and so we can say without a doubt that “ALL” patrons are treated the same, like Family. We want to recognize the staff but especially Ms. Knowles, for her efforts and the empathy given to us.
