The store has a lot of free parking in a well lit lot. The entrance is large and handicap accessible. The store interior is clean and well planned. Jessica at the cellphone center went above and beyond in helping me find a new cellphone. Kudos to Jessica. Finally, Best Buy prices are very competitive. Their open box prices are even better.

Took my child there for them to pick out an iPad, and other accessories. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely found everything we were looking for. The only thing is that not everything they have in stock is on display, but just ask and they will get you what you need / want to see.

Stopped here for for a charging cable. I travel for work and misplaced my original. Typical best buy you walk around, no one asks if you need any help you have to find someone willing to help. I found an associate who helped me find what I was looking for. Later I browsed the cameras, even accidentally set off the alarms and still no one came by for a few mins. I was very interested in the new cannon MKII mirror less camera but no one came to help so I left w my charger and got one on Amazon.

Really nice store huge selection of all different brands of computers, cell phones, smart devices, ect. TV's and appliances also espresso machines. Nice to be able to see these up close.

I hope this helps the next customer who goes into Best Buy to buy a radio to make sure you do your own research on what can fit in your car. Me thinking the sales man at the electronic department knew what he was doing ended up costing me more money for nothing. PLEASE don’t just try to sell us stuff that you think might be able to fit. If your not 100% sure don’t just try to sell it. It’s shady aaf to sell me something that you don’t know it will fit in the car. Was pretty mad after finding out from qeek squad that this happens all the time. Fool me once shame on me. Best Buy do better.

Too many disappointments at this location, last time I was there the geek squad attendant was extremely rude. I said I was there to fix a phone screen and that I thought it was still under warranty, he proceeded to check and said no it is not, I answered oh I thought it said it was $200 to get it repaired. On a condescending way he said that it $200, I told him that it was fine that I had $200 to pay for the repair. He ended up canceling my appointment and rescheduling it for another day. When that day came I had a pair of headphones that needed returning as well. I dropped the phone off with a really nice lady over at the geek squad. I proceeded to return the headphones and the cashier said that somehow I ended up with a double warranty on the wrong pair of headphones and no warranty on the ones I needed to return. I told her that it was not my fault that I didn’t ring myself up at the time of the purchase. She said I can’t give you a warranty for this, I told her I didn’t needed a warranty that I needed them to fix their mistake. She ended up calling the manager for help. This guy was the most condescending rude individual I have ever dealt with at any retail facility. He would not listen or try to help at all. I do not know what is the deal with the workers at this facility but this manager said I was asking him to give me a pair of headphones for free. It is like they have no idea how to run the place. I walked out of there with $1000 worth of apple products that needed repairs and once again could not do my business at this location due to rude individuals. Manager lack of customer service skills will cost this location a lot money in the long run. Learn how to treat people with respect. Customers don’t go to Best Buy to beg for free stuff, I asked the manager to help us and he immediately assumed I wanted free stuff, unbelievable!

I purchased an Insignia dishwasher for my employer and wanted to give a report on Regis’ customer service. He greeted me and showed me many dishwasher models. He asked relevant questions to help me narrow down my search. He was very knowledgeable about all of the models as well. The process was way faster than I expected! Regis was very accommodating and did a great job!

I always go there, it’s a great store. Duck was very helpful today. He answered all my questions, checked me out and helped me set up an appointment for a home camera estimate. Very nice and cool guy! Also, the new car bay guys were grwat. It was a while ago so I can’t remember their names but the 2 guys were really helpful last time I went.
