My Enterprise experience was awesome. They picked me up on time and had my rental ready to go when I arrived. Literally just grabbed the keys and I was on the road, could not have been easier. Then when my car repairs where delayed for over two months (thank you supply chain issues) Hannah at the Frederick Enterprise was like my new best friend. She always worked with me to make sure my rental was extended with the insurance company. Best of all she helped to make a completely unpleasant experience as happy as possible. Can't say enough good things about Enterprise and especially Hannah!

We had the BEST experience at Enterprise in Frederick. We were en route to Disney in Florida (from Toronto, Canada) when our transmission went and we were in desperate need of a rental car the July 4th week. Bobby was so kind and helpful in getting us back on the road. He found a car that would fit all of our road-tripping stuff and we didn't miss a beat in our trip. We would highly recommend renting from this location and will be using enterprise for future rentals based on the amazing customer service we received.

The worst Enterprise location I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have never had a problem with Enterprise customer service prior to dealing with this location. Every single time I’ve called I’ve been on hold for over 25 minutes without a single “please hold.” I was also given a vehicle that was not road legal and was told that it was “fine” and to just deal with it because they “didn't have another vehicle for me.” Had to call corporate for that one before they’d do anything. Their representatives are just generally dismissive and rude. I’d highly recommend going to another location. The one in Mt. Airy is fantastic.

Enterprise to Earth, Enterprise to Earth...this is one place you will want to go for all your voyages home. Both phone support, and in-person service, were very solid! The agents were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Weekend hours really helped make a difficult vehicle situation very fluid. Best around on any planet.

As always, Enterprise was a delight to rent from. Inspite of how busy the Urbana office in Frederick, MD is, the staff always makes the transaction so easy and quick. Bobby was great with his customer service. I needed a vehicle to transport a 7 foot mirror and he assisted with the best vehicle to make this happen. Upon the return of the rental, after a holiday, as busy and packed the office was at the time, he managed to process my return in under 10mns.

Recently I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Urbana Pike, Frederick MD. The agent who helped me gave me a slightly upgraded car since none of the cars of my choice were available. It's almost a new car and drove well in the beginning. However, once I hit the highway at 60 miles speed, it started shaking violently. I drove slowly below 60 until i reached my destination. I called back Enterprise at Urbana location, and they told me to take the car to the Enterprise office nearby and get an exchange. Without any question, they took my car back and gave me a brand new Volvo Polestar Electric Car. It was the best car drive I ever had and it only cost me $10 for 100% full charging of the battery! When I returned my car after 2 days at Urbana Frederick location, they were very sorry for what happened and provided me a waiver on refilling gas on my original car. I have never seen such an excellent service from any car rental. They never charged me even a penny more than the original price. Bobby at Urbana Frederick location was the best agent and was very helpful in resolving the issues. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I love your service!

Works with auto repair business. Convenient. helpful, transport from garage easy for check in, dropped off at repair place when done. Extension details confusing because needed extra days. Also, roadside assistance call necessary for flat tire - they contact someone for you. Look rental over when getting, because one they provided was dirty on ceiling nr visor, back seats and dent on trunk. Have always had vehicle when needed so overall very accommodating and good vehicles. Thank you.

I can always count on Enterprise for excellent customer service! And this one is no exception! Bobby was super helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable, in spite of the extremely busy Saturday morning. Likewise DeWayne was also super helpful, kind & efficient when we returned the vehicle earlier than expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location & its team!

I am a white-haired 81 year old lady who needed to rent an SUV to convey my daughter to and from a surgery. I made it clear to the agent that I was unaccustomed to renting cars. He was very nice and helped me through the paperwork and showed me how to examine the car for any existing damage. As he exited the car, saying that I needed to adjust the seat, I did that. I sat in the car for about 15 minutes, assuming that he was preparing the paperwork for me and bringing me the key. I went back into the office to see what was taking so long, and another agent came to help me - informing me that the paperwork would be emailed to me and the key had been in the car all along. I realize that most people are more familiar with the process of renting cars, but I would have been happier if someone had made sure I knew what to do, as I obviously didn't. The agents were both polite and helpful, once they understood my confusion.
