Stopped in to add a driver (my husband) to an existing rental after Avis Customer Service told me I had to go to an Avis location to do so. Gentleman here told me they were wrong, spouses are automatically cleared to drive, and gave me a copy of the contract to prove it. Five star customer service from this location, zero stars for corporate.

Have not even rented a car through here yet and already having problems. Someone called me at the last minute to tell me they have no vehicles available after I booked a reservation the day prior!, he told me it was because the vehicles they have available need to pass inspections...so meaning they stick vehicles that do not pass inspections.

I left money in the car, coz I was late for my plane back to Dallas, but when I called the next day , the employee ( Daniel) told me that he will look inside for me and called me back after 30 min to tell me that my money is safe and I can pick it anytime.. They are very very honest and gave me my money.. The best rental car place Ever...THANK YOU.....👍👍👍👍

Great place to rent a car. I made a same day reservation. Car was ready when I arrived 1 hour later. Attendant gave me 1/4 of free gas and service was quick. Highly recommended.

Nice customer service. Take care when you turn to Avis/Budget because 2002 west st is very dangerous to turn left at Avis/Budget car and truck rentals location.

Rented a vehicle during Commissioning Week at USNA; found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The transaction to obtain and return the vehicle was fast. I was very pleased with service overall and will definitely return to Avis when my needs require another vehicle.
