Pulled in to pick up a tire we had ordered for a different vehicle. Found out we had an unrepairable flat(that had just happened on the way there). They were able to begin to put 4 new tires on within 15 min of this happening. Chris, the service manager, was above and beyond helpful especially since all of this was within an hour of closing time on a Saturday and they were already full.

PLEASE do not patron Belle Tire on West Saginaw Hwy when the AMAZING Firestone Complete Auto Care is just down the street! I cannot praise Chris enough, or Dakota either. The staff hussle and are quite busy, but the service, price, respect they provided exceeded my expectations!! They seem to go above and beyond for their customers and they KNOW how to treat their customers and not just pass them off, deny scheduling tire warranty service on new tires as Belle did...a completely and outstanding difference of service, products and price!!! BRAVO and thank you ALL at Firestone Complete Auto Care for everything!!! And they leave your car perfectly clean, no evidence they were ever in the car they care so much!! We made an online appointment for Sunday and they were closed during open hours when we dropped off our vehicle at the time of our appointment. We left our vehicle there and put the keys in their dropbox. They are not open again today (Monday during regular business hours). They are not answering their phones. The phone rings and rings with no option to leave a message. We stopped by in the morning and no one is there. Now I would like to know how to get my keys back out of the dropbox so that I can take my vehicle elsewhere?

Anyone with after-stock radios knows hooking up the steering wheel controls can get expensive. Firestone completed front-end work on my SUV and following their service, my steering wheel buttons no longer work to control my radio. They did not know how to fix this either. Disappointed to have spent so much on repairs, only to have this new issue when I previously experienced zero problems with the radio.

I was looking for a tire store that could replace a damaged tire on my work truck. I called around to several places, no one had the size in stock. I contacted this store, they had the right size. I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out of there. Fastest service I've ever had at a tire store. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I would give more stars but google only goes to five!

I went there because my heat wasn't working; ended up being my water pump. All the staff we're really great and helpful. Dean and Kirk worked on my car. They both did an amazing job. Highy recommend this place! Will be returning in the future. The prices are good too! They also have a financing credit card so if you can't wait till payday that helps out. This is a very honest and reliable shop. You can't beat it!

I recently brought my Lincoln truck here for wheel bearings, ball joints, a control arm, etc. Im from out of town and was worried about finding a good repair shop in an unfamiliar area. I must say I definitely brought it to the right place! They did a fantastic job! They were timely, thorough, and efficient. Everyone was very professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable including having the ability to explain things in layman's terms so the customer has a sound understanding which means a lot! They got the work done much faster than expected, took the time to go over everything with me, and when I drove off my truck felt brand new! So thankful and highly recommend! Whenever I come back in town I feel comfortable knowing I have a great repair shop in my corner! Thanks guys! Especially the Manager he was exceptional!
