1st time there. The Manger, a very nice well informed young woman helped me with every thing I needed. One thing especially impressed me, when I asked about a part, she didn't point and say it's in isle #6....she quickly went and got it for me. Good service. The store was well stocked but she made the difference on my experience.

I guess it's hit or miss. Sometimes I call and it's obvious the parts clerk just wants to get off the phone as soon as possible. Other times, they're very helpful. It's the same experience when I go in person. Just like anywhere else, you have good, mediocre and lousy employees. My experience at this store is 50% mediocre 25% lousy 25% excellent. Overall, meh!

If only there was a good, or any, auto parts store on the north side of town. Been coming here since Murray's and haven't had complaints in all those years. Prices are good and service has always been great for me.
