Ruined my brand new set of Fuel Rebel Wheels and will do nothing to correct the issue had to replace the wheels my self $1500 mistake I will never return to Discount tire or recommend them ever again! Also lost all my Valve stem covers that I had to replace my self! horrible customer service!!!

I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and was very apologetic and was told "no problem". After an hour wait I went in and got in the appointment line and the charge person announced "is there anyone who has an appointment?" I said "I do" he looked at me and said "next!" I was a 42 year customer. Discount Tire will NEVER see me again or anyone in my family. I will make it my pleasure to steer everyone I know to BELLE TIRE. The people at the Capital and Beckley location understand CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE A YOUNG GIRL DO NOT SHOP HERE! My daughter had an appointment and was given a price on the phone. when she got there the price was double and they made her pay before the service was performed. I talked to the manager on the phone and all he kept saying is that is our policy. Sad very sad.

Does not state you need an appointment to get service, i was told a 3 hour wait and by appointment only, i will never buy tires from these crooks that won't honor a warranty on their tires, avoid and get your tires from a legit business that allows walk ins

Brought four wheels/tires in to be dismounted from each other. In addition to the exorbitant $100 charge, they also decided to keep my valve cores and caps. Appreciate it. Not coming back.

Popped my tire on one of these sweet Michigan pot holes and just about every other place closes at 5. Can’t get a new tire if most places are closed by the time I get out of work. Luckily an hour before they closed they squeezed me in and were all super awesome! Julian, Ray, Evan and the rest of the team 😁

My boys were stranded on the highway with two flats on a loaded double axle trailer. Got to Beckley AV at about 5pm, and Discount Tire looked to me to be too busy to fit me in. So i first went to Walmart Tire, as they were empty, with 7 or 8 employees standing around doing nothing. At 5:45 Walmart management insanely allowed their sociopath shop-tech. to refuse to mount the tire they sold me, so i quickly called over to Discount Tire !!!at 5:45pm (less than 15 minutes til close)!!!, and they readily offered to save my bacon, and did the job well with a good attitude and a real American worker's spirit, working rite up til and after close like it was nothing. They EARNED this good review! Trust your soul to Jesus for eternal life, and we'll discuss this all and so much more at length in eternity.

Shame on Discount tire for trying to charge $75.00 per rim to mount and balance my 22 inch rims and tires. That's $300.00 just to mount and balance. I got the same job done at Phil Walters service center for $80.00. I have personally bought whole sets of new tires from this place. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Fast, friendly, professional - what ever you are paying these folks, give them a raise - this level of service simply does not exist anymore. Wife and I found a nail in our tire, they got us in and fixed it even though they were packed and it was an hour before closing time.

Waited over 5 minutes to get air in my tire, and then an employee comes out and said his manager doesn't like us waiting in line. Well, when you see you have multiple customers there, take care of them! Obviously they don't care, so, when I am needing to buy new tires I will go somewhere else. Management is rude and ineffective.

To start with I had ordered tires they came in sooner than expected. The great customer service didn’t stop there. They said if I dropped the car off they would try to fit the car in. I lost track of time and arrived 20 mins before closing. Who would have thought the City of Battle Creek doesn’t have Uber drivers, Lyft Drivers or Cab companies. I figured last resort I would just take the car back home and bring the car back another day. No need for that. The salesman (Matt) said the tech (David) knew I was in a bind and was willing to stay over to make it happen tonight. I couldn’t be more grateful. Considering I do not have anyone within a 2 hour drive from me to pick me up. A big Thank You to Matt and David. Discount Tire you should be proud to have such great customer service oriented employees working for you at this Battle Creek MI location.

Usually a pretty decent experience. I was happy with the staff member that helped us out this time. I had, had my tires replaced by them less than a year ago because i was having trouble keeping air in the tire. Almost a year later and we're dealing with the same issue again. So, I called to check on my warranty and the guy had me bring my truck in for inspection. After we got there and they checked out the tire, there was pretty significant erosion on the rim. Highly likely that erosion was the cause of my slow leak in the first place. Had that of being pointed out could have saved me a whole set of tire expenses. Still a very affordable and good shop to go to, I just felt like they could have done better on that one aspect.

The guys were super nice, explained what they were doing and why each time there was an issue, like lug nuts. I bought tires online so no waiting. They are always busy. Shout out to David for being patient with your explanations.

I don't know anything about tires other than I need four to make my car go. What I do know is that I like a clean bathroom and lemme tell you the ladies room was clean and stocked with feminine items which was a nice, unexpected touch. Also appreciated the small table to set my things on while I used the restroom.

I had to delay going into work 3 hrs early morning to get a flat tire fixed on my car. I didn't know you needed an appointment for everything, after all this was an emergency. But knowing that I wasn't able to get to work, the gentlemen at Discount Tire were so nice and understanding. They squeezed me in right away and repaired my tire. Great service, great workers, and I recommend them highly!
