I don’t ever take the time to write on this, but I found this occasion necessary. They are the best in town. Easily the best all around service I’ve received! I had a flat on my way driving south to Louisville, and my tires are not common size by any means. I called every “big name” tire shop within 30 miles with no luck. Not only did this tire shop find what I’m looking for, but I was back on the road by early afternoon. Great service, friendly workers and very competitive prices.

First I ended up getting 4 brand new tires and they didn't let me know about the corrosion on the wheel and then later I ended up getting brake and rotor work done and they screwed them up and forgot the hardware!!!!!!! Never go them they week rip you off!!!

They rip off people do not go we got our brakes and rotors done and they did a horrible job they did not put them on right and it cost $ 900!!!

I have been here more than I’d like to admit over the last month. Lol. I’ve had 3 cars in and out of here. Every time I need something, Jamie answers the phone in a very professional manner and is always super polite and helpful. They have been great about letting me get my car towed to them and getting my car looked at the same day! They provide insanely fast service especially when compared to other shops in Battle Creek. Though, nobody likes paying for car repairs, they make it easy and as enjoyable having your car in the shop can possibly be. I would recommend anyone to them. Thanks guys!

Absolute fantastic service! They didn't give up when trying to figure out what was wrong with my brakes, communicated well during diagnistic, and were very fair in their pricing! Highly recommend them for all of your car needs!

I used this place for the first time earlier this month and so wish I would have started going to them sooner. Great customer service, explained things very well and gave an honest opinion on what should be done and what wasn't worth spending the money on. When the mechanic called to fill me in he started by apologizing that he did not get a chance to meet me when I dropped my vehicle off. Also, the owner followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy and not having any issues. Those little things go a long way to building a good relationship with customers. I will definitely continue taking my vehicles to them in the future!

This place is fantastic, I always get my crab fixed here and everytime it is no properly and in a timely manner. The team there is very nice and efficient in their trade. I highly reccomend Columbia Auto.
