The gym is great and has everything you would expect at a Planet Fitness. The machines have seen their days but other than that not a bad gym.

Called to cancel my membership and they require you to go in, in person to do so. Never knew about the mail in option. I wasn't given any membership information when I signed up, a long time ago.

Management has zero desire to help customers leave gym. Other branches allow for email or over the phone adjustments to account while this location seems to be stuck in the 90’s. Moved down south and was told if I wanted to cancel I’d have to come in or mail them a letter…let me go grab some stamps -.- Club here in Georgia informed me if I transferred locations that I could cancel at this franchise. Poor management leaves a sour taste unfortunately while other branches are more accommodating.

i was nervous to go here because i don't like working out around other people, but people just really mind their own business and are either friendly or just keep to themselves. the employees are kind and helpful, the atmosphere is nice - there's lots of equipment you can use, with multiple cleaning stations to wipe them off when you're done with them. :) overall, it's really nice! TVs for the treadmills, music playing in the background for people who don't bring their own headphones, and all-around pleasant vibes.

Totally unprofessional! The wife and I both purchased our own memberships and decided to start using the tanner. My wife and I was going to tan at the same time and after waiting several minutes in line the worker was to busy talking with her guy friend to wait on us and the others just happened to finally help. Well both stand up tanners were ready but just waiting for someone to come out of one. Another worker let a customer in one we was waiting for so they offered us a lay down tanner and one stand up so we go in our rooms and my wife's worker fine and mine never turned on. I waited 10 minutes and when I got dressed and walked out another guy was coming in so I cancelled my memberships. Not professional at all and they didn't even try to make it better.

The experience of working out couldn’t be any better. The staff is so knowledgeable. The equipment and the space is maintained regularly. I look forward to it. I like the customers too. It’s so great I go more often.

Showed up on Christmas Eve and expected to pay a service fee as I am an out of state member of Planet Fitness. The front desk rep waived me through and gave me a free bottle of water! Planet Fitness is a great and welcoming company!
