After over 10 years of them delivering to my house and taking the hose threw the garage. On 1/29/2022 a very angry and rude driver showed up to my home complaining it was too hard to deliver to my home saying i was not a regular and told me they would not deliver to me again. When i called to have my account transfered to a diffrent provider they refused to give me a written reason for termination of services and told me it was due to having to take the hose threw my garage (after doing it this way for over 10 years). They then proceded to tell me they would finish out the season and i didnt have to change yet due to me being under energy asistence. (I'm a full time student) Loyality to a company is not rewarded anymore and while Quality is cheap you get the service you pay for.

Well i can say we had a big misunderstanding about a situation with the oil. The young man got me down to the office wich we figured out a solution that I was happy with now i can open to the customers ty Quality oil 🛢 👌 😀

I was in a jam and needed fuel as an emergency. So I called quality they told me it would be delivered the following day. After pleading with them they thankfully came out that night. I originally ordered a full tank of fuel but since there was a block in my line I only needed about half. I am extremely happy with the order and the delivery of the oil. Where I had an issue was the next day I called and spoke with Lois to talk about the $152 of oil that I did not receive. I asked for it to be refunded to my card because money is tight right now during the pandemic and would rather have a refund then a credit on my account. I explained to Lois that I had a credit at the oil company that was currently servicing my property and after I used that credit I planned to switch to Quality Discount as my new provider. Lois said that they will not ever deliver to me again. Long story short, we went back and forth for a while. I really don’t understand how it’s so hard to be sympathetic to the fact I need to use my $200 credit at my old provider and then I’d like to switch to quality discount heating and oil since they did such a good job. I want to continue giving them my business but because I need to do what’s financially responsible for my family and use an old credit before I come back, then I am shunned? Does not make sense to me and is not a great way to do business. I’d like to be a customer and hope this is a misunderstanding. I’d like to think a small business would understand that I’m just a normal man not made of money.

I have been a loyal customer with Quality for 9 years and today when I had an emergency and needed oil, the staff went out of their way to help me out and deliver the oil I needed. I know they were very busy with deliveries because of such cold weather and I truly appreciate that they were able to take care of me today. Every time previously when I have ordered, I always had a great experience with the staff at the store and the drivers. Thank you!

I was trying to order some oil and I was told that they do not deliver to Pottsville. I'm a bit sad because my land lady said that this was the absolute best place to order oil from. I change my mind, this place just emailed me, and I am happy to say that there was just a misunderstanding. My apologies for giving your company 1 star, my conversation was all through emails, Quality Discount Heating Oil & Propane are an amazing, caring company. Thank you for responding so quickly and having reasonable prices.

Extremely poor customer service. Manager argued about delivering oil because the location had 3 oil tanks (2x250 Gallon and a 1x250 Gallon tank). He said he would do it one time but complained so much about it that I found it odd a business not willing to continue selling it's product to a consumer because it was too difficult to identify a clearly labeled, single 250 gallon oil tank. Not a good business strategy. Manager was so flustered and frustrated that he threw me out. Sad but expected in Schuylkill county.
