I ordered oil from this company. I ordered 100 gal on the 24th of January and ran out on the 11th of February. From past records I average 3 gal a day even on worst days. They clearly did not deliver the correct amount of oil and were unwilling to realize this nor would they help correct it. So Now I am forced to buy more oil when I shouldn't have to. Do not use this company unless you want ripped off.

The oil prices are amazing , they have great customer service weather it be on the phone or through the online ordering service . The delivery is either same / next day and not a single complaint !

So, just had my tank filled 2 weeks ago immediately after it ran out. The next day I had a serviceman come in to restart my boiler. He drained about a quart or more of water out of the tank when he went to bleed the line. He also had to change the filter. Yesterday my boiler stopped running. I had to replace a 3 year old pump on it because it was rusted from water in the oil. The same serviceman drained at least another quart out of it. The new pump cost me over $700! When I contacted this oil company they said that it was probably from the terminal that they get the oil from and could not help me!!!!!!!! Never buy from them again!

Marstellar is okay in my book. Any experiences with the drivers have been nothing short of exceptional, even at whatever unGodly hour they're delivering. They come when they say they will. When I call in my order, the ladies on the phone are very pleasant and do call back in the afternoon to confirm. I would recommend them for your fuel oil needs.

So far excellent service, customer service was nice and responsive. Delivered my oil quickly which was nice because I had not realized I was low. The cost was affordable for the quick delivery with no known extra charge, also they have not over filled or returned without my requesting, which has been a problem for me with two other oil companies. As a disabled vet who is on a fixed income, filling my tank without my permission sets me in financial jeopardy.
