Just bought my second Ram there. Last time it was a great experience. This time it was great again. As others have indicated no pressure. No BS. I'm a salesman in a different industry so, I know what kind of games can be played. There was none of that here. And as it turns out, the first deal they offered me was their best deal. And it was a better deal than any of the other in the area.

The representative we encountered today was John Weikle; a low-pressure salesman who expressed more concern for uncovering our needs and putting us in the right vehicle than making a quick sale. John spent a good deal of time helping us map out our options and in the end suggested we gather more information about the RV we were going to be hauling before proceeding further. Very refreshing to encounter a dealership with a true sales professional. One who by all indications appears more focused on establishing long-term mutually beneficial business relationships than closing deals by any means necessary.

Purchased a vehicle in June. Customer service after the sale was terrible. The temporary registration expired the beginning of September and they told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted DMV and discovered that it was an odometer issue. The end of September after the vehicle sat for a three weeks due to no registration I had to return and sign corrected paperwork. Again waiting with the vehicle sitting unable to drive. I contacted DMV in October again to be told that the paperwork was rejected, again. When I called the dealership to inform them no one was available to talk to me and they never returned my call. I tried again later that day and was directed to the Sales Manager who told me it was all DMV's fault because they were three months behind and told me there was nothing they could do and everyone is in the same situation. I emailed my salesman and he told me to complain to the governor because it's all his fault. I contacted another source and they contacted the dealership and was told they had for the 3rd time resubmitted paperwork. Finally the beginning of November after sitting for two full months without use of the vehicle (and no contact from the dealership) I received the registration. This was my second and certainly the last time I will ever purchase through Forrer.

Wanted to restore my blue Neon SRT-4 car and bring the car to shows. But who should I trust with my car? Please note that Dodge only made those cars for just 3 years. I went over to the body shop and spoke to Norm. Went over the things that I needed and he said, " Sure, we can do those things that you want." Rocker panels were falling apart. Norm and his crew (Walt, Pat, and Nate) restored my car to perfect condition. I give each of those guys 10 stars. They went beyond great customer service, attention to detail, and just listening to what I wanted. Now Norm and his crew has my husband's black SRT-4 to restore.

In a pinch we needed work done on our van and service was done as soon as possible. Problems were fixed quickly that another garage could not and received excellent follow up service.

When you call for warranty or service work they can’t get you in for 3 to 4 weeks. Very unacceptable. So if why buy a car from this dealership if they can’t even look at a brand new car for a month.

Used the new service department, the waiting room is small, the tv is even smaller, they have coffee cups but no coffee pots, no soda machines and only enough chairs for 9 people to sit.

These guys at Forrer are the best around, hands down. I had the absolute worst experience at Freedom Chrysler in Harrisburg, so I went to these guys and what a difference! They took the time to listen to the history of my truck and Matt (sorry didn't get your last name) knew exactly what the problem was, and they weren't afraid to get their hands dirty. They gave me a great rental too. Freedom did NONE of this. Never looked at my warranty. Freedom did the absolute bare minimum. These guys at Forrer did one heck of a great job and even went the extra mile to make sure my truck was running great and made sure I always had a vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They will have my business from now on. Thanks again!!!!
