Literally only use this place for the subway attached. Place is pretty clean but you got your stereotypical workers who don't want to be there. The subway number is the same as the Pilot number. We get told to call in to check if ingredients are available and when we call in to see we get hung up on. I get it's a silly question but don't tell us to call in if the question's not going to get answered.

Get the state to put a stop light in or close this place down. No sense in waiting 30 minutes for traffic to clear just to buy your over priced fuel and stuff inside.

Clean stop. Very disappointed it doesn't have laundry facilities though. Over-worked subway employee was still sweet, not her fault other employees didn't prep......

Let’s start this mess. Subway workers ??? Those girls are smoking cigs and on there phone more then making a sandwich. Place is always dirty. Takes 20 minutes to get checked out. Just a horrid place . Go to sheetz

Decent stop. Parking was full when I got parked by 8pm on a Thursday. Hayley that works inside at the Subway is a charm. Sweet, beautiful and and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely stop here again.

Two days to clean up after the 12/16/2020 snow storm and this place is an ice rink. Plus lay off the damn water softener Pilot's! It's like taking a slime shower.

I stopped to get air in my tire and the air pumps didn't work? Went inside to ask and the cashier and she said they are probably broken??? I had to drive around and check all the air pumps where the diesal trucks pull up to and finally found one that worked. This is a Sunday and getting dark out and needed air in my rear tire. I had a very unpleasant experience and will never go back! And the bathrooms were nasty!!

Very friendly truck stop with plenty of showers,clean all around,very well keep surroundings. Parking is not huge but perfect for the location where is at.Ill say is like 10 miles north of I-81 and there's another one right next to it with some 40 parking spaces. Drive safe !!!

Friendly staff, who put in a solid effort, but it would be impossible to keep this place clean. Lineups for fuel, parking, coffee, subway, showers, washroom, and cash register are a nightmare. You had better plan on being here for at least 30 minutes if you need any of the aforementioned services. Getting into the parking lot is easy. Getting out is tedious at best. I pay for the "enhanced WiFi", but at this location, there is next to no signal anywhere in the parking lot!
