Baierl Ford was excellent! I ordered a Ford Maverick in August 2021 and it was finally delivered in June 2022 to no fault of Baierl. My salesperson Andy was always quick to respond and answer any of my questions. The process to finalize the deal was smooth and quick. I am on some Maverick forums and I've heard the horror stories of people ordering Mavericks, waiting months and then the dealer adds on a market adjustment, or adds undercoating that wasn't asked for. Baierl did nothing like that at all. They were honest and upfront about everything. No high pressure sales for anything. I would recommend to anyone and I will be using them every time in the future.

I was one of the first to reserve a Bronco at Baierl Ford in Zelienople, Pennsylvania and, if you've kept up with the news, delays and nightmares of getting these built and off to buyers, you know it's been a long road that requires a lot of patience. It also requires a dealership that keeps you informed - and Baierl did just that. They made reservation #1 easy. When delays kept that from reaching production, they made reservation #2 easy. They kept me updated along the way, answered any questions I had, and dealt with me as if they wanted a long-term customer, not a one-and-done type of customer as we've seen so many dealerships doing during these crazy car buying times. You may have heard the nightmares of dealerships demanding prices way over MSRP or selling vehicles out from under those of us waiting on them because someone along the line was willing to pay above and beyond - Baierl didn't do that.
