Had our car in to be fixed once ! So far great service! But now our air conditioner went and breaks are making a weird sound when you go to stop the steering wheel shakes! So I pray they HONOR THE WARRENTY!!!

Solid experience from start to finish with the sales department when ordering and purchasing a vehicle. Tom Washington, Bill Williams, and even the finance manager Aaron were all great. I’ve never had even “good” experiences with other dealers in the area when buying our previous vehicles so it was a pleasant surprise that my first experience with Ford was so straightforward. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had at any point along the way, and made delivery incredibly smooth. They also honored the price we agreed to when I had originally ordered the vehicle. It was a long wait but well worth it in the end! I've also purchased a few parts and accessories from them with ease as well. We’ve never really considered other Ford vehicles before but will certainly take a look at their other models after this experience with the Barber Ford team. Highly recommended.

When I tell you Kathy-Jo is a god send 🗣I MEAN IT! My car decided to die on me last week and I thought let’s try Carvana because I really didn’t want to deal with the normal dealership hassle. Well, Carvana was NOT the way to go for more reasons than I can list but KATHY-Jo at Barber-Ford she debunked ALL of my previous thoughts about dealerships! She was so kind, personable and attentive. She didn’t pressure me at all and when she tells you that you can call or text her at any time if anything is needed that is not a lie . I have already told so many of my friends and colleagues about her and the dealership and from now on if any other car purchases are needed in my family we will be RUNNING 🏃🏾♀️ to Barber Ford in Exeter❤️

Contacted dealer to negotiate site unseen offer on an F150. Texts and emails including multiple pictures of my trade. My trade. Low miles, brand new tires, battery, Mobil 1 oil change And inspection. Low ball trade offer from Kathy Jo despite the car being in great shape despite a fender scratch she said would be a $600 fix. Check the dealer website today out of curiosity to learn our trade was listed almost exactly the amount I thought it would retail for to the salesperson. They balked. Two guys walked around the car at trade time mumbling about imperfections………Funny it’s listed less than 7 days later at almost 7k more than I was paid. Great truck, bad trade.

Beyond satisfied with the service at Barber. Used Barber as a second opinion after another area dealership said nothing was wrong with my 2018 F150, but Barber should've been my first choice. Not only did the service desk folks treat my concerns with actual respect, but the treatment of my truck by the technicians was second to none. They ran it multiple times to make sure the repairs were done correctly. And now the truck drives great. Highly recommend getting any and all Ford service done by the fine folks at Barber.
