I had an alternator failure which crippled my F150. Manderbach was able to squeeze me in and make the repair in a very timely manner. The repair was covered under my extended warranty, and Manderbach made sure it was seamless for me. Great communication all through the process. I'd absolutely take my truck there for repairs and service again. Manderbach will also be one of the first places I look when it's time to trade in and upgrade my truck.

I stopped in to figure out what was going on with my low beam lights, because they weren't working a day after having my car serviced and a recall fixed. The chances of both bulbs going at the same time are a million to one. So they take both bulbs out then come back to tell me they are both out. Then proceed to charge me $72 for like 2 minutes of work. They tried offering to change them both out for $50 but I declined and went to Amazon to get LEDs. Please be mindful before going there to have them look at anything.

FANTASTIC ! Treated me like royalty from my 1st phone call, to my drive-off. Helped with all my Special Needs. Polite, respectful, and kind, made me feel like I was spending a million but didn't have to, even the Owner took his valuable time to stop and meet me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Took my 2014 Ford Escape here. (Notorious for transmission issues). My car was throwing codes for the transmission. They fixed it for me and even used paperwork from my old dealership in Utah to fulfill a warranty. Not only was it completed way before they estimated, but it was also free to me. Seth was the one that worked with me, and I can't praise him enough for his professionalism and work. He kept me updated through the whole process and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for services.

Jeff and Blake were incredibly helpful. Not only did they take my van in immediately, but solved the issue within 2 hours so we could get back on the road to finish our trip from Florida to Rhode Island. Had absolutely no intentions of buying a car that day. My son and a. My son and I drove by the lot and saw a truck that caught her eye it's all a truck that caught her eye next thing I knew I was signing the I was signing the papers to buy it. Low pressure dealer. Low pressure dealership nice front line vehicles and yet line vehicles and very reasonable prices. Price point was a. Price point was a few $1000 lower than the trucks in my area but then the trucks in my area just an hour away. Time was my sales person and did everything right. No rush , no pressure and paperwork was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealer.
