Store Manager Leah fixed my phone! After multiple useless trips to other Verizon stores, I came to Queens Center Mall. Leah, the manager, fixed my phone which was incompletely ported. She did this while managing 3 other customer and 3 employees. She was amazing to deal with - straightforward, yet polite. If Verizon management is reading this, please note this experience was so much better than the Verizon in Forest Hills.

I purchased the Samsung Ultra. Staff person copied info from my old cell to the new one but she did not even show me how to turn the cell on and off. Nothing else was done.

I just received the worst customer service in the store. I was sent to that location by the online customer service to exchange my overheating phone(under 30 days from purchase date). The store did not want to provide any service. The manager XAVIER totally disregarded me, he actually called customer service from my phone and told me you have to deal with this and left. The employees in this store are simply paycheck collectors. What a shame to the VERIZON for their incapabilities to hire and train real customer service representatives. I truly Blame the organization for slowing such a disrespect towards customers. I don’t recommend that store neither do I recommend Verizon- completely over price for providing such a poor customer service .

Horrible service I was told I can get get a watch for $100 promotion I asked the agent how did it work she said you would make a one time payment now I’m being charged the full amount for a watch I didn’t need and it was the manager who told her to tell me about the promotion when I went back to speak to her they guarded her the manager was not professional at all wouldn’t let me speak to her and nothing was resolved I will never go back to that store

Conveniently located inside the Queens Mall. I stopped in today early in the afternoon to ask about trading in my Verizon Samsung for an iPhone Pro. The person helping me looked like he could not be bothered more by my question(s), another rep standing next to him was giving him side-answers. Meaning he was half turned away but still giving him answers to my questions. Maybe this is their style of training? When showing me the binder with the 5G plans, he lifted the page up by the corner to show me then looked away, and although he had my account opened on his tablet, he kept asking me what my 5G plan. I had to look it up on my phone. By this point I was done, but I asked one final question - to see the iPhone Pro so I can compare sizes. He at least gave me an honest answer, their iPhones are strapped down and you can only see the front of the screen. Sure enough, I walked over and tried to pick up the iPhone Pro and it fell out of my hand after lifting it 2 inches. It has a thick-heavy metal chassis with a short metal stick keeping it in place. I thanked him for his time and went to Best Buy down the block, got the answers I needed and the iPhone Pro I wanted. Would not recommend this location and will definitely not ever visit again.

So, this girl right here is an worker at Verizon in Queens Mall, she was so rude, that I couldn't even imagine someone who works in costumers service can be that rude. Another guy who works over there was not very helpful, he sent us into another store on Austin St knowing that store is already closed because they didn't have any tablets in stock "I mean what store doesn't have any tablets in stock". This people are spending their time and getting money for nothing. People were waiting in line 30 minutes for them until they were spending their time in their phones. I have been a costumer at Verizon for many years, but I think that after that I am gonna move all my lines to other service. Thank you, so much for being so disrespectful !!!!

Terrible store! It’s almost like you work for them not the other way around, ask the guy (too bad I didn’t get his name) just to check my general settings on my phone since my phone wasn’t working correctly and I had no service most of the time, he looked at me with a a straight face and said he has no idea what I am talking about 🙄 and he works there? Tells me each iPhone is different, I know genius but most main settings are the same for the phone to work at its highest capacity, needles to say hope I never have to go back there for anything!
